My expectations were set during an initial consultation with his wife, but I was never rigid about them. I am a reasonable customer and was fully prepared to adjust to whatever installation method the shop recommended--they are the professionals, not me. I dropped my truck off for headlight PPF after sending photos/videos as requested, spoke with the friendly shop installer, and took a $30 Uber home. Shortly after arriving home, Chris called me with an aggressive tone. I simply asked for his wife's name so I could address her respectfully and reference our prior conversation before adjusting to his recommendation. The second I asked for her name, he immediately snapped, got hostile, refused to give it to me, and barked "that's my wife." When I tried to respond, he insulted me--claiming I had "trouble comprehending and assimilating"--ordered me not to talk over him, and hung up on me before I could even agree to his terms. My follow-up texts were purely me stating what I would have said on the phone had he given me 10 seconds to speak instead of throwing insults and hanging up. When I pointed out that his actions cost me time and Uber fares, he sent a hollow apology, only to turn around and ridiculously claim that I should reimburse him for "not clearly stating expectations." Looking at other low reviews, Chris has a clear pattern of shifting blame and acting defensively when he mismanages a situation. His installers do good work, but his toxic attitude, disrespect, and refusal to admit fault wasted my time and money. Avoid this shop. He will probably respond to this and try and twist the story, but the fact is he has an ego and and doesn't care about potential "small job" customers. He started with the insults and I was cordial, until his empty apology, then I texted with some sass of my own. Never used any profanity, but his response me needing to reimburse him for something made me angry. Other shops told me they don't work on aftermarket headlights, but this shop said they do it all the time, thus I went ahead. One other shop in fact told me they wouldnt bulk wrap them, and 3 others would, but they used standard XPEL, and I preferred Stek. I'm sure his business is successful, and the installers are incredible, but if you are one to support local businesses but expect the owner to have strong fundamental morals, skip this shop.

I've sent four vehicles to them over five years and their quality gets worse every time. They did…read morefantastic on my first vehicle, and not so good the second time (few issues but got the job done), couldn't figure out what to charge because they didn't know what hardware they installed third time. This last time required multiple trips to fix the things they should have delivered the first time (a full list of rookie mistakes). They wanted to either drill into my A pillars or epoxy the tweeters because it was "not easy" to get to the factory locations (epoxy or drill?!?! In a Bentley?!?!). Tons of rattles, dash trim was hanging loose, they openly admitted they knew about a whining noise after I confronted them, rear trim was hanging loose, sub knob was hanging by the wire because they couldn't figure out where to mount. They constantly try to nickle and dime you in the middle of the install saying the original parts won't work or blame problems on parts so they can upsell. Employee revved the engine when bringing it around. I had to tell them multiple times "if you're not done, just say so". Been in multiple times and still rattles like crazy despite paying for tons of sound deadening. When confronted his response was "well it doesn't rattle with my music" instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to the work, just say it, don't waste my time and money! Avoid them if you want any type of quality work.

Invest in your auto longevity and take it to Davids. The best thing about going to Davids is he will replace your broken parts with superior parts . Pretty horrible experience at David's today. Been chasing…read morean issue with my vehicle starting for about a month now and finally had it down to the starter, which I can't replace myself (tools). Spoke to David's and they said they would replace the starter I had (O'Reilly's) but they wouldn't warranty the part. Expected and okay. Dropped the vehicle off about 9am. Given a quote for $231 for inspection, diagnostics and testing. Was told that it would be applied to any repairs. Was verbally quoted by Rich that the starter replacement may add a "couple of bucks" but would be close to the $231 and that the testing/diagnostic charge would apply. Was told it would be done by noon. At 12:30pm called to get a status, still in work. At 12:45pm I get an automated inspection report. At 1pm I call back to see if the starter had been replaced. Nope. Quote $760 for replacement using my part and $1050 to use theirs. Asked about the 300% increase from the initial price and after being put on hold for a while was told that the best they could do was $463. DOUBLE the original quote! Was also told that they "hoped" to get it done today. "Hope" is a little dubious after doubling/tripling a quote for no reason. They also made very clear that absolutely no warranty was included - including installation. When I asked if the starter fell off because they forgot to torque the bolts, "Nope, we wouldn't cover that. But we do things right around here." At 5pm I called to see if it was actually completed and it had been done but no one had decided to let me know. Overall, just a bunch of over promises, under delivery and dishonesty! Look elsewhere!

There were obvious areas that had been missed. My Audi still had ketchup residue in the cup holder, dust in the vents, and several dirty areas throughout the interior. In the truck, there was still dog hair, stains in the cup holders, dirt under the seats, and even trash and bobby pins left between the seats. It honestly didn't appear that those areas had been vacuumed or cleaned at all. For the amount we paid, I expected much more attention to detail. I've had significantly better interior details done for hundreds of dollars less. Based on my experience, the interior detailing on both vehicles fell far below expectations. They didn't even remove the first or Little Rocks in the truck bed. They did offer to redo the Audi interior, but honestly with the amount of time that they take and having a baby, it is hard to figure out timing and quite honestly don't trust them to do an even better job and should not need a second touchup to get this fixed, it should've been done right to begin with. Unfortunately, I can't recommend their detailing services based on the results we received. These are just a few photos of the cars when we got it back. BEWARE
