I reached out to Wheel Repair Solutions because my front tire hit a huge pothole on the freeway causing my Lexus rim to be bent. Christian was the senior technician that spoke to me about my factory rim and the damage from the pothole. He fixed the rim and it was better than new. It looked beautiful and perfect. When I took the rim to get the tire mounted I discovered small pin hole air bubbles coming from the rim during the water test. I took the Lexus rim back and Christian worked on it again. After the welding we discovered that the entire wheel was completely compromised from the high speed impact from the road hazard. Christian wanted to continue to work on the rim, but at this point I said safety would be to just give up on the rims integrity. The team at Wheel Repair Solutions kindly refunded my money. After all the worked they did I was happy with their efforts. This gesture was above and beyond. I was so grateful. Thank you so very much. My 2019 Camry was barely driven prior to me buying it since it was 6 years old with less than 40k miles so they were right. I went to Brakes Plus - Coppell today, 4/11/2026, and told them the pads may need to be replaced because of the squealing. They came back with an estimate of over $500.00 stating that the rotors needed to be turned due to a glaze and that all 4 pads need to be replaced. I laughed at the 4 guys and said they don't the need rotor turned, they are not warped. They then came back with another price of over $300. I laughed again and said they are lying, so they showed me the rotors and pads. There were still plenty of pads left and the car was safe to drive. They also tried to point out a slight color difference on the rotors. At no point did they say that the rotors were warped. Now they came back and said that they were just trying to stop the squealing because that was my complaint. I asked them, would they pay over $500 to stop the squealing when the car is perfectly safe to drive? They didn't answer that question. Take your car here at your own risk, most likely the good reviews on here really did need new pads or rotor replacement or rotors turned but how would the customers know that. They are dishonest people, at least at this location.

He asked if he could bring it back the next week in morning and was assured the machine would be fixed before then. When he took it back in after the weekend passed on Monday morning he was told they only do inspections at 8am, the machine was never broken, and his truck was the problem as some just aren't compatible with their equipment even though he's had it inspected there for decades. So did they lie the week before or lying now or what? He drove straight to another business and was done in minutes with no issues. He said "I will never go back to that place" after all those years.

The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.
