Came here for the free taste app, banana pudding, but didn't realize it wasn't till Saturday lol. We ended up getting the banana pudding since it was like six bucks. Not bad! I did expect the Thai tea taste to be stronger. I also was a bit thrown off because I thought it would be cold and creamier because they said it was pudding. Still not bad tho! We got to sit in a nice space outside and the staff member was so sweet.

Came for the Pandan Wafer, but they were sold out! It was probably my fault for showing up 40 min before closing, but I had hoped for a miracle. Sigh. Next time. Instead, I got the pandan ice-cream with toasted coconut and cigar cookie. It was creamy, not too sweet and full of the subtle nuttiness of this amazing plant. Yum. Now I HAVE to come back for its wafer cousin. The space has some seating for maybe eight people total, but it's claustrophobically narrow and you'll be playing twister just to get to the trash can.

Note- Shorter review than most that I do, as I only ordered 1 thing as a snack/drink. I went here a good while back to this small Thai dessert and coffee cafe for a bit of a pick-me-up while walking. Meaning "deliciously blended," they offer a small selection of Thai-inspired beverages, including tea and coffee, along with a handful of desserts, such as toasts and ice cream. The staff was friendly, and the place inside, while small, seems like a nice place to work, with a warm and comforting atmosphere. I went with the Signature Blend Thai Tea Latte, available hot or iced, with the usual coffee/tea sizes: 8 to 12 oz for hot and 12 to 16 oz for the large. I went with iced, and it was $7 or $7.50 depending on size, and I went with the latter. It was very tasty, with the tea flavor shining through, unlike most variants. It wasn't overly sweet from the various milks, with enough spices to make it distinctly the Thai version of this drink. For the same price point, you can also order it hot, without milk, or mixed with lemonade, along with an oat option for an extra dollar. This is a tasty little specialty shop. I would go back here and try the pandan toast or another drink.

I really enjoyed the thai tea and the toast we got. The flavors were good and not too sweet. Service was great and it's a cute shop! If I lived in NY, I'd come more often. This is what actual thai tea is btw so support :)!!

Adorable little cafe with seating and playing soft music. I had a Thai iced tea lemonade soda and it was very good! Make sure you ring the bell for service.

Dessert/Drinks: 4.5/5 Service: 4.75/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Value: 2.5/5 This is a cute, cozy cafe tucked away in Midtown, specializing in delicious Southeast Asian inspired flavors. The dessert and drinks are exceptional, though the prices can be a little steep What we tried: Thai Iced Tea (4.75/5): Absolutely loved this! It had a strong, authentic tea flavor and was perfectly balanced--sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Definitely a must-order. Pandan Ice Cream (5/5): Five stars all the way. The pandan flavor was strong and natural, and it achieved that rare feat of being wonderfully rich without being excessively sweet. Kaya Thai Tea Toast (3.75/5): This was my least fave. While okay, I think it would be significantly better if it were served with a scoop of ice cream to complement the toast which is the parfait on the menu Tip: They offer a free Thai Iced Tea if you leave a Google review!

Cute shop walking distance from Madison Square Park and Herald Square. It is located right next to a small alley with benches outside. The inside is a long, narrow walkway with two tables and four chairs facing the park. People seem to grab and go or if they do sit down it's for a quick bite. They specialize in Thai Tea flavored items, but they also offer coffee and other products. I got a Thai Tea latte which is their version of the Thai iced tea, a scoop of Thai tea ice-cream, and the Thai tea kaya toast. The Thai tea latte comes in regular whole milk or oat milk for an extra dollar. The drink was milky and strong at the same time. It's not as sweet as other Thai iced tea. I saw a lady ask for more condensed milk in her drink. My boyfriend enjoyed the Thai tea latte though! The Thai tea ice-cream was my favorite out of the three items. It has strong Thai tea flavor with the sweetness of Ice-Cream, but it was not overly sweet to the point I cannot handle. It was honestly perfect. The kaya toast comes in pandan or Thai tea flavor. Ive always had kaya in it's original flavor or pandan flavor at home, so I decided to go for the thai tea. I like the flavor but I did not liked the toast. I think it was too airy and thick for my liking. I prefer it a bit more toasted. But overall, a very cute place. Would definitely be back if I'm craving Thai tea icecream or kaya. The server was very nice and accommodating too.

Soo cute and cozy! Loved the Thai tea ice cream and Thai tea hot chocolate, they have lots of creative winter drinks. I'd love to come back and try more drinks! The staff were soo kind. It's a small shop but has a bit of seating and lots of personality.

Drinks and food were all intense with flavor. Loveeeee all the pandan. Would definitely order the same thing again or maybe try some other things. The worker we had was super sweet and recommended us their faves. Although small, its perfect for 1-2 people. Will be back for sure!!

This place definitely focuses more on the Thai tea itself and less on sugar. Personally, it was too much for me, and I wasn't a fan because of the strong tea and lack of sweetness. I was looking forward to trying the banana pudding, but it was sold out by the time we got there. The kaya toast was unique, though I don't think it's something I would reach for again. Overall, bit of an underwhelming experience.

I liked the Thai tea latte hot with the $1 toasted marshmallows over it. The texture of the marshmallows is actually a perfect bed of fluff that slowly melts over the Thai tea. The toast was okay--I think it would have been better if it were actually fully toasted or some sugar caramelized the outside of it to add another layer of flavor. Mine was basically soft white bread with Thai tea flavored Kaya over it, which was a little too much one note sweetness for me by the final bite.

I stopped by Nuar before dinner in the area to grab a Thai Tea. You order at the register and they'll call your name when your order is ready. Service was super friendly and quick. I took my Thai Tea to the outdoor seating area and enjoyed it. It's much less sweet than the Thai Tea that is normally served in Thai restaurants and has less of the bright orange color. It was still enjoyable and creamy. Note: When I went around 5pm, they had sold out of many of their desserts!

I came back to nuar for their mango on cloud. The mango on cloud comprises of mango ice cream, butterfly pea sticky rice, mango puree, and toasted coconut. WOW!! If you have not tried this, you need to go to nuar ASAP and get it! Every bite was just as delicious as the first bite. Everything worked so well together and was so yummy. The dish is also very visually appealing and stimulates appetite. The portion is a great size and filling. Service is always great and friendly.

I was at this quaint tea shop east of Koreatown earlier in the evening before going to a meal at the excellent new Thai place, Wanglang. The staff was very friendly, and they specialize in matcha, along with having hojicha, genmaicha, black tea, and sencha. Along with more traditional drinks, they also have fruit options as well as black sugar jelly (I presume kuromitsu) and a Japanese citrus that's not seen much here, hyuganatsu. Along with the citrus, this place is rather unique as they had three different matcha options in terms of variety. As I tend to prefer teas pure and without add-ons, I ordered the Matcha Americano, which is simply matcha and water. I went with the 12-oz version for $6 + tax and ordered the Hajime, though I would likely get the Fuku No Midori next time based on descriptions online. The matcha was solid and had a mild sweetness and a light earthiness. However, it lacked some of the mouth coating found in very high-quality drinks from Sorate or Setsugekka, while being similar in price. Still, that is comparing to some of the best, and this was still very tasty and a lot better than 90% of the places in the city, being more comparable to Kettl. I wouldn't mind going back and ordering the other matcha varietal to see whether that is a better comparison. Outside of this, I enjoyed my drink, and the staff was friendly. I hope they do well.

The space is extremely compact, functioning more like a takeout counter than a café, with only minimal room inside. The main focus here is matcha, with a distinctive approach that lets you choose between three blends: Hinata, which leans creamy and nutty; Hajime, which is more smoky and earthy; and a more traditional-style matcha profile. Drinks like the mango matcha show how they play with these bases, though fruit purées can sometimes overshadow the matcha depending on the combination. They also offer matcha powder for home use and occasional fresh pastries that add a warm, baked aroma to the space. Service is one of the strongest parts of the experience. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and willing to explain the differences between blends in detail. The atmosphere is cozy but extremely tight, built for short visits rather than lingering. It is not a workspace or hangout café, but more of a quick stop that stands out because of its hospitality and focus on craft. Even in a busy area, it leaves a memorable impression through its matcha quality and genuinely personable service.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
