Upon checking my soup, I saw several small black specks that looked like more bugs. Needless to say, I immediately stopped eating. When I brought this to the staff's attention at the counter and showed them photos, the response was dismissive. Instead of taking ownership, the employee tried to suggest the bug might have just flown onto the plate from the dining room, as if that makes having insects in the restaurant acceptable. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the meal. I am disgusted by the lack of hygiene and the poor customer service. I will never return, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
