    Mongolian "beef"

If you stick to something safe like the orange chicken it's probably fine, but if you order anything with vegetables expect it to be 90% vegetables. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it would be better listed on the menu as the "Mongolian Onions with a few hidden bits of shredded beef. Maybe food costs are up and this is their way of trying to keep their profit margins up, but I can't just eat mouthfuls of onions for dinner. This is basically inedible.

Very little crab and cream cheese.

The wait is horrible. The food is good and reasonably priced. The young girl at the front tries to work as fast as she can.

We went on a Friday evening & it wasn't very busy. James was our server & he was attentive & kind. They have a full bar, including an IPA on draft! Three of us ordered boils while my FIL had a fried shrimp platter. The breading on the shrimp was so good, crisp, light, & not overdone. It was truly the perfect bite. I'd have a hard time deciding between the fried shrimp & garlic butter shrimp boil next time! Both were that good. I wholeheartedly recommend Crab Du Jour!

Took myself out to Crab Du Jour, rare weekend without the kids and they aren't seafood fans. My server was fast and friendly and food came out very quickly as promised. This is one of those places that do "boil in bag with a bunch of spices" and I have come to realize that just isn't my thing. I like steamed seafood, maybe with some spices. I had Combo A (crab legs, mussels, and shrimp) + sausage, with the Old Bay seasoning. There was a bit too much seasoning it was all really salty, but I still thought it was good. Again, book just isn't my thing but that's a personal opinion, and I think if you like boil you will like it here. I felt the pricing was very fair as well. Overall a good experience! J.Ja

I was told to seat myself at the bar, I guess because I was by myself, but instead of the bartender taking my order like is normal when you are seated at the bar, a server came by and stood next to me to take my order and explain the menu. I ordered the Weekend Special (it's call that, but you can order it at any time, same for the other specials), hush puppies, and sausage. One thing very different here is they cook the food in a plastic bag with a sauce mixed in, so you pick a sauce at the time of order. Service was fast and friendly. I don't want to get anyone in trouble by going into detail, but some of the people behind the bar were pretty unprofessional. Not to me directly or to customers, but the conversations employees were having should have been done somewhere not in front of customers. Hush puppies were both sweet and savory which I like. Shrimp, potatoes, and crab came out done well. Lobster tail was tough and rubbery. The sausage was fine, tasted like Hillshire Farms or an equivalent which is fairly meh to me but I know lots of folks like that. I really did not care for the food being cooked in the sauce. I had some in Cajun and some in garlic and butter, and it was just too heavy for me. I really just like me seafood bare and dip it in some melted butter and lemon pretty lightly, so having a few cups of sauce in each bag of food was just way too much for my tastes. This is a personal preference thing so I am not knocking stats for it, but I didn't care for this style (plus it was super messy), and I don't want all the extra calories from a sauce. Price was pretty good for the amount of food I had. J.Ja

For the Tasty Crab Special (1/2 lb shrimp, 1 snow crab cluster, lobster tail, 2 ears of corn, 2 potatoes, 2 eggs) and added 1/2 lb of sausage. It was too much food for me, and I knew it would be but I always want to try everything at these places. I had it Cajun sliced to mild. Food came out fast and service was friendly. The seafood was nicely cooked, even the lobster tail which is often overcooked at these places. The potatoes and corn were overcooked but I don't care too much about that Cajun spice was good. I'm still not the biggest fan of seafood boil, I really prefer steamed, but that is a personal preference. As far as boil goes, this is one of the better ones I have had. Inside it isn't much, but there's some real personality from all of the writing on the walls. But let's be honest you come to one of these places to chow down on seafood while wearing a plastic bin and vinyl gloves, it isn't a place you come to in your Sunday best. I felt the love was on point and fair for the food I got and compared to similar places in the area. J.Ja

That was the star. Looking back, I should've doubled up on the sausage instead of getting the mac & cheese, which I was a little on the fence about. The crab rice was outstanding -- easily something I'd order again without hesitation. The fish was a little on the firm side, but it paired well with the palmetto juice, which had a smooth, semi-grape-like flavor (even though it's not grape). This was my first Geechee-style restaurant, so the whole experience was dope and different in a good way. Quick tip: order ahead if you can. Everything seems to be cooked fresh, and people were definitely waiting for their plates. I'd definitely come back and already know what I'm ordering next time.
