Excellent place! The evaluation the did led to not being a transmission problem. They referred me to a motor shop and helped out with the tow from place to place. Excellent customer service to someone that did not even make a purchase! Rare find in South FL

My stock input shaft they said they replaced with a billet one.

Don't go here if you are trying to get a performance transmission for a diesel. Scammed me and a couple other people about building a performance transmission. Put all stock parts. Said theyre billet parts and now won't warranty there work. They'll take your money. I Have proof and they still won't man up about it. Advertising it will hold up to 1000hp. You guys are joke, can't even hold stock power

Heavy duty band installed, probably paid $1500 just for a band & future slipping problems

Had a very good recommendation to this place from a friend in the keys @ bud n Mary's, was told a good price to rebuild my transmission. My only problem was that I had no reverse. Everything else was fine just didn't have reverse. So I paid to have it rebuilt, 4months after having it rebuilt for the first time ever my transmission started slipping, I brought it back and they installed a new dial body and accumulators which is weird because If I paid for a rebuild why would I need that? Well almost exactly a year from when I brought it back to them for my transmission slipping problems it's started slipping again which isn't right. I paid $1500 to have reverse for a year and a slipping transmission. & the only offer/solution they offer me is charging me $1150 to rebuild it again. I wish I never took it here to have it rebuilt. Thanks a lot guys, great work & customer service

This place was top shelf for me…read more They accept AAA card (AAA recommended to me after a neighbor also recommended.) I have been driving around without an a/c deciding if I want to invest in the car at 128k miles but needed a handful of 125k maintenance as well. They did a great job and the prices were so reasonable for the quality and amount of work. Jeff is very well spoken/written and responds immediately. I feel good about the work they did and will be back next month for some body work. I was very cautious after having all my automotive maintenance done at Honda for all my Hondas until recently when I went somewhere and it was a bust. I'm glad I took a chance with New Era as they did not disappoint.

I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend

Beware, sleazy dealership!…read more My Cadillac lease is coming to an end and saw an ad on their website which I thought would be a guy buy. However, this dealer tried to illegally take me through the cleaners by violating Florida Statute 501.976. This statue states that the advertised price must include all preparation charges and mandatory fees. As seen on the as the vehicle is $24,939, however on the sheet given to me they told me I must pay the PDI and recondition fee which makes the actual price $29,219. This is a 20% increase of what is advertised... I told the sales guy I am NOT going to buy this and tried to get me into something "more in my budget" - not realizing what my actual budget is (not that it matters as I'm not dumb and would buy a different car from them). He then followed me to my car and stated "it's part of the buying game". I rolled my eyes. My previous cars which is a Tesla and most recent which is a Cadillac I NEVER had this issue. I purchased a used Camry from AutoNation and there was NO sleazy moves. I paid the advertised price on their site plus their doc fee. Luckily I work in finance/accounting, so I know numbers. Unfortunately not many people are good with numbers and may overlook this. All of this could have been avoided if they actually sell their cars for their advertised price and not violate Florida Statute 501.976

I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before bringing their vehicle…read morehere. This dealership is independently owned and, unfortunately, does not uphold the level of customer service or professionalism typically associated with the Toyota brand. I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic, paying a $185 fee with the understanding--clearly stated by the service representative--that this fee would be applied toward the repair if I chose to move forward. I agreed. I was told the diagnostic would be completed the same day, but I received no update or communication. I had to call myself, only to be told the service department was already closed and no information was available. Since they are closed on Sundays, I had to wait until Monday to get any update--again, only after reaching out myself. After finally receiving the diagnostic results, I approved the repair. I was told parts needed to be ordered and that I could pick up my car and return once they arrived. Once again, I received no communication when the parts came in--I had to call, only to learn they had been sitting there for three days. I dropped my car off for repair, and after two days with no update, I contacted the dealership yet again. I was then told my service advisor had been off since the day I dropped off the vehicle, and there were no notes or updates in the system for anyone else to assist me. I was told to wait until he returned. When I finally spoke with him, I was informed--after all this time and inconvenience--that they could not complete the repair due to my car having a body kit. This was extremely frustrating, as the dealership had already seen my vehicle in person during the diagnostic and I had disclosed all modifications upfront. To make matters worse, I was also told they had ordered the wrong parts. Given the circumstances, I requested a refund, especially since the diagnostic fee was only agreed upon because it would be applied to the repair. However, the service manager, Andrew, stated that while they would refund the parts "as a courtesy," they would not refund the $185 diagnostic fee--despite their inability to complete the repair and the significant lack of communication and service throughout the process. Because they refused to complete the repair, I now have to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay for another diagnostic, as most shops will not rely on a previous one. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing--marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, disorganization, and failure to honor what was initially agreed upon. I strongly recommend saving your time, money, and frustration by going elsewhere. UPDATE: I finally received a useless reply to my negative Google review from this company asking that I reach out to them. The reply leaves no name or number as to who to contact. I call Lipton Toyota directly to see who I need to speak with. The representative is clueless and puts me on hold to see who I would need to speak with as a disgruntled customer. Lol again another identifier showing the lack of knowledge from this staff. A simple 3-second google search provided me with the name of the young lady in charge of internet reviews (marketing). The rep finally comes back on the phone to advise that Jwan (internet director) is not at her desk and will call me back. I have yet to receive a call from Nelson Lopes (operations director of the service center) nor a follow-up call from Andy Gutierrez (service manager) who needs to be immediately removed from his position as he is a pathetic representative of the Toyota brand. I will continue to vocalize the mistreatment and unjust I have endured from this company until I receive my money I paid based on false pretenses.
