Rating: (only because 0 stars isn't available!!!)…read more I am leaving this review to warn other patients, especially those dealing with severe mobility or safety hazards, about the deceptive practices and hostile customer service at this location. This nightmare actually began on May 17th, when my diabetic doctor submitted a prescription for a basic shower bench to accommodate my degenerative neuromuscular condition (FLNC gene mutation with myofibrillar myopathy along with diabetic polyneuropathies), which presents an extreme fall risk. Bellevue gave that office so many ridiculous administrative hoops to jump through that the doctor eventually gave up, believing they were doing something wrong. Because Bellevue made the process impossible, I had to wait until July 1st for a new appointment with my General Practitioner (GP) to start the entire process over again. My GP sent over a brand new prescription and my physical muscle strength chart notes by July 6th. Yet, for another full month, I was gaslit and given a rotating "word salad" of administrative excuses. My case was supposedly assigned to a caseworker named Leah, but she was completely MIA. I called and left messages for Leah at least half a dozen times, and she never returned a single one of my calls. When I finally called my health insurance provider directly, they confirmed they had ZERO record of Bellevue ever submitting a claim, and explicitly stated that a prior authorization was not even required for my item. (Which was one of the reasons given for the hold up) Bellevue lied to cover up their own internal backlogs. When I called back to address this and demanded to speak with Leah, I was blocked and handed off to a representative named Karen. Instead of an apology, Karen told me the item was "magically" rectified and slated for delivery the next day and didn't need that prior authorization. When I pressed her on the lack of communication, she became dismissive and huffy, defensively asking, "Well, do you want it to be delivered tomorrow or not?" The day of delivery, a supervisor named Ryan called me only two hours beforehand to make sure I was home, continuing the same dismissive gaslighting. To make matters worse, the driver arrived and dropped off a massive, three-panel transfer bench that would not physically fit into my short bathtub. When I called back to address this, Ryan became visibly upset with me for being upset, turned the blame onto me, and acted completely confrontational. He tried to rewrite history about what he originally told me regarding the equipment size, ignoring the physical reality of my standard bathroom setup. While Ryan did ultimately correct the mistake and deliver the proper 18-inch seat today, the gaslighting, total lack of communication, unreturned phone calls, and hostile attitude from staff members and management when caught in their own administrative failures is entirely unacceptable!!!!!! No disabled patient should have to fight a medical supply company this hard just to receive basic, life-safety equipment. Look elsewhere if you want honest service and professional communication!!!

They sent me a new Resmed 11. I expected them to bill Medicare as before with the previous one and all the supplies since then. A couple months later I got the bill. Not only had they not billed Medicare, but they were also charging me a nearly $40 a month "rental" fee. Over the expected 10-year life it would cost me nearly $5000. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are deceptive at best and predatory at worst. There are a lot of reputable medical supply companies. Do your due diligence.

DME providers are in essence a pharmacy, delivering an MD's Rx, just in the form of equipment, not pills. In my experience, PHM is perfect. I saw these Yelp reviews in the course of recommending PHM to a dear friend today (searching addy and phone actually). I'm stunned to see the low reviews. A quick glance at one star reviews suggests to me the reviewers are a little unrealistic in their expectations, again in my estimation. This isn't a new car show room, a 5 star hotel, nor a Michelin star restaurant, it's a professional pharmacy dispensing your doctor's prescribed therapy. It isn't answering phones first and foremost, it's your life extension that they provide an important part of. If you go to another DME provider in the Tri, guard your wallet is my advice.

This last venture, due to the ever incompetent middle man (whom we shall call PiSAWa - because that's what they do, piss away time, etc.) PiSAWa had sent me with the wrong prescription, like, quite the hippa hiccough! Not even my name on it! I heard the telephone conversation as it was done over my cell phone and on speaker, about who was going to do what to resolve this problem. 2 WEEKS LATER, after I mysteriously can't ever get someone on the phone, I take my very unhappy self to the home base and explain exactly what I want. 3 secretarial positions there and they obviously have no idea how to work effectively as a team. After 30+ minutes, I get the paperwork in my hands, that I had heard with my own ears was going to be faxed 2 weeks earlier. I go to Inland Home Medical and there is Angela, remembering me and the mess up the first time. She's happy I finally got all the paperwork, but to set up the equipment she needed that original prescription! The HIPPA Violation script I left the office with and then shred because it wasn't mine. LONG STORY: After 2 hours of waiting and waiting in 90 degree heat PiSAWa was able to get all the papers together they SHOULD have had for me when I left! Angela was a trooper! She hung in there with me and was doing all she could to get me set up with the right equipment, properly trained on it, take care of all of the insurance yuck. I couldn't have had a better partner through this. She was patient with me and all the delays brought on by dealing with PiSAWa, very clear and helpful in instructions and questions. She gets a Gold Star!

I found out just yesterday from another fantastic company, Permobil, that it has been changed to K0005. I would like to thank my friends at Permobil for being so helpful over the years I have been in touch with them. TiLite was its own company then. In 2014, the company was acquired by Permobil, a Swedish company. I have not only been using my TiLite ZRA for 15 years, but I also have been the mechanic to maintain and repair it. Medicare has not and will not provide those basic services. Outside of Medicare being a huge pain. Owning my TiLite was smooth sailing with typical needs. Tires, casters, forks, cushions. So far 2 spokes. Some screws for the solid seat pan. Very low maintenance, and minimal repairs. I had an excellent wheelchair fitter named Dave at Monroe Wheelchair in Rochester, NY, sadly bought out by Numotion, along with SpinLife dot com. I would not recommend Numotion to my worst enemy. The ride is excellent, and the frame has and is holding up wonderfully. The only downside is that the down stems are loose now, and already destroyed one set of forks. 555 days ago to be exact. I have since been trying to get a new TiLite ZRA as a replacement since the down stem assemblies are no longer made, and not sold as they have all sold out. So I now roll around on very borrowed time, the down stems could fall out at any time. Their being loose causes massive amounts of uncontrolled death wobble. TiLite/TiSport stops making parts for wheelchairs seven years from the date of release for any particular model. I have had my wheelchair far longer than expected end of life, and have ended up needing a new TiLite ZRA. I have been through hell and then some more hell with Numotion wasting 555 days to end up treating me horribly. And blacklisting me with the only other company in my area that could possibly help. Numotion in my opinion should not be a TiLite dealer. If not for the down stems being designed, so they can never be repaired, and having no means to replace them, it is only time before my wheelchair injures me or worse. I absolutely love my TiLite ZRA Series 1, and only want a TiLite ZRA Series 2 as the replacement. I have Medicare and have reported Numotion to CMS, Medicare, FTC, and my state officials, one of whom is my congressperson who is helping me as best they can. The State Attorney General is investigating things. All this adds to the 555 days that I have been using a critically failing TiLite/TiSport product. I have even asked a local automotive technical college to scan the down stem assemblies to machine new parts to help me prevent injuring myself while using my wheelchair. If any of my friends from Permobil Matt Miller - Indianapolis area, it is me the annoying cripple who knows my story - I am still looking for help acquiring the TiLite ZRA Series 2 and Numotion as mentioned dropped the ball from the CEO level, and blacklisted me with National Seating and Mobility the only other company that could help me, who my doctor is trying to get to help me now. TiLite has been 5 stars. Permobil has been five stars in all the times I have interacted with them over the years. Sadly, the same can not be said about the TiLite dealer Numotion, yes Mike Swinford, CEO I mean your company, and you have been minus 5 stars.
