The Turkish delight was fantastic! They had a good assortment and the staff was really friendly explaining each one and helping us out with the right kind of box to put them in. I wish I'd taken a picture of them, they were delicious! We went to the store rather late and yet the staff was really helpful, despite it almost being time to close. The only reason I'm unsure of recommending is because I saw a couple of fruit flies trapped in some dried fruit containers and also the a/c was dripping over a container of nuts and it was getting moldy. We pointed it out to the staff and they looked at it immediately, but it kind of got me thinking.. what we did but was delicious and fresh. read more

Very fun new addition to town- sampler table outside was fun (until some deranged lady was using her fingers and touching all the samples..) and the staff couldn't be nicer. The selection is plenty and they have something for everyone. We loved the pecan, hazelnut coated ones. Strawberry, Tiramisu, Oreo were very good. Little pricey but quality was good. If you pay attention to the prices of different items- this way if you get multiple bags for different costs you can make sure you aren't paying the higher cost per lb. I am reviewing the store based on the experience of a prospective shopper and not someone who bought something there. I went in there because I went to a similar store in the city and bought delicious sweetbread there, so I went there to see if I could get that. I did not see that here. I did see, beautiful teapot and herb combinations to make infusions. There was a glass teapot that was stacked with others. I was interested in getting but I saw that he did not have a box so I asked the owner if it could be wrapped or if there was a box. He showed me a box for another teapot product that had a box and I asked if this teapot could be wrapped and he said I have to take it as is. It was a beautiful glass teapot, but I did not want to be walking around from Hoboken to where I live carrying a teapot. Some places may wrap it in old paper. So because of that most likely, I will not come back, and they just lost a sale of not only the teapot, but I saw some beautiful, fragrant ginger herbal combination. Sad to say but most likely I will get a similar teapot via Amazon as it will be shipped to me. read more
