Happy to see that we can conveniently get froyo again! They have a variety of options, but alot more fruit flavors than Yogurtland. Normal non-fruit flavors like cookies and cream, cake batter, chocolate, etc...toppings were the same as well. Overall, I would have preferred a little more non-fruit flavors to choose from. We got mango and it threw off the whole cup taste. Very clean and inside seating. A few outdoor tables and chairs. The cashier was nice. We got 2 cups almost filled to the top with toppings for a little over $18. Will be back because we love froyo! read more

If i could leave less than one star I would. My wife and I decided to switch it up from our trusty yogurt spot in carlsbad and go to a new local place. The only prices listed were .77cents an oz. We both got medium sizes and filled the cup, added toppings and went to put our yogurt on the scale... $40 DOLLARS FOR TWO CUPS OF FROZEN YOGURT! That's $20/cup insane. Nothing ruins a long looked forward to date night more than getting absolutely ripped off. The yogurt melted nearly instantly, which is fine i guess, and although odd i wont even bring up how awkward it was to not be allowed to get my own samples. I understand times may be tough, but i just can't figure out how it costs 4-5x more than a place a mile away for less yogurt. There was one high-school girl working so there cant be that much overhead. Something doesn't make sense. Thank God we live in a free market economy because I don't ever need to go back. The Original Yogurt Shack will keep our business. FYI, 32oz for a flat $5 cost on Tuesdays. read more

Two of us went in for "to go" yogurts. No toppings...just got yogurt. Placed them on the scale and the guy says $18. I said there is something seriously wrong, seriously, are you kidding. He picked them up one at a time and put them back on the scale and said $15. I asked what the scam was and he said "the Tare for the cups". Then the screen defaults to the tip screen and I'm sure he expected a tip for doling out our 2 samples. Cuz apparently grown up people cannot be trusted to do that themselves. Yeah, I'm done. What an amazing spot for frozen yogurt! So many delicious and unique flavors such as cake batter, taro and Vietnamese Coffee. There are 16 flavors to choose from and a wide variety of toppings.
