My friend and I had an appointment for 4pm on a Monday after work and were greeted when arriving and quickly brought to stations. I got a basic gel manicure and was pleased with the result even though it didn't feel as in depth on the cuticle cleanup. One thing to mention is that I had no nail polish and they still drilled my natural nail - which in my experience has only been used when I had gel polish that was to be removed. I'm not a mani connoisseur though so maybe that is normal? But considering I only do gel for special occasions in favor of my natural nails, it was a little weird. That said, the manicure lasted incredibly well and looked great 3 weeks later without chipping, which for a gal who is low maintenance is fabulous. read more

New set with gel and tips. They took me in for a walk-in, and got me seated pretty quick. He was gentle with my cuticles.

Been here twice for a pedi. Price is reasonable compared to other salons going towards the Convoy / Clairemont Mesa area. My first visit was decent. Got a French gel pedi and was pretty satisfied. Second visit for a pedi and the lady was cutting dead skin around my toenail and went too deep to the point it bled. I looked at her and no apology. Instead she just smiled. I was annoyed. After that I was no longer able to relax. She sprayed my toes with alcohol and it stung. I pulled my foot back and said "ow," still no apology. Then she tried to convince me to get gel ($15 upgrade). I declined, twice. I would have done it but when she snipped too much of my skin I was not in the mood to spend additional money. Service was so fast, didn't get much of a massage which the service included. Don't know if this is common in the nail salons nowadays but she didn't even apply a base. (Color and quick dry topcoat only.) Toenails don't look bad at all but my toe has been hurting for several hours now. This is why I don't go to the nail salons often anymore. One too many bad experiences. I wanted to pamper myself today but that didn't really happen. Guess I'll continue to stick to doing my nails at home. Save money anyways! read more

Once again, so thankful for this wonderful place. My go-to peeps are Mia and Tina. I get the deluxe pedicure with Gel, and the GEL X fill with french and design. I love watching this food channel they show... don't go hungry :) It's my every three-week splurge. I relax, have a glass of wine, watch the food show, and just laugh with these two. My first time here. And I left a happy girl! =) Gel-X was done by Mia and classic pedicure by Tina. Both very sweet and did a great job. They accept card but as most prefer cash money honey & I typically like to pay cash but rushed to get here 1 hour before they closed. They have an atm that's only $1 per transaction and *Cash only for tip*. I feel is good to know. I'll definitely be back for a fill when it's time. read more
