Came in as a walk in on Valentine's Day and Mindy was quick to accommodate me. I did a gel manicure with builder gel for a glossy and frosty finish. We'll see how long the color lasts, but I can speak on the great customer service.

Went in for a quick pedicure, the owner was my nail tech Mindy. Consistently tried to sell me on gel I said no 5 times, I had to ask her to clean my nails and file evenly. Then continued to text on her phone every 3 minutes. While drying my nails with the light she knocked the paint and said that's why I should have done gel like it's my fault that she messed up the paint and refused to redo it

There are so many nail salons in the area but this the best salon that I find myself revisiting!. Service and quality are the best around at at a reasonable price!

Everything about this place was cool. Great staff, good prices, and a good vibe to it. Service was really good . They made my daughter and I really comfortable. Very clean and Professional. One of the ladies even offered to take some photos of my daughter and I getting our pedis...thats was so nice of her. We will definitely be coming back!

I wanted to try out a new place for pedicures for a couple reasons, more color options and closer to home. I found Instyle and they had great reviews. They didn't disappoint! As soon as you walk in, they ask you to wash your hands. I was caught off guard, but appreciate the extra effort to keep their bottles clean and germ free when customers are selecting colors. I have the best manicurist (Sarah at Sola salons that I've been going to for years but she only does nails - gel and acrylic designs) and I always like to try to match my toes to my fresh mani which I haven't been able to do before coming here. Simple single color pedicures have been the closet that I've been able to do. But Lora at Instyle is super sweet and does her best to match my manicure which has been fairly close each time! See pics! :) On my first visit I couldn't find just the right color to match my mani, but Lora was able to help me find the perfect color match! I usually get the European sea salt or raw earth mud spa pedicure. The leg massage is wonderful! The shop is super clean and organized. They have fancy massage chairs which is nice. There was only one other customer there on a Friday evening and it was great! Peaceful and quiet! I recommend calling ahead of time either that day or a couple days before to make sure you get the time you want to go in. Parking lot can get packed depending on the day because it's in the same lot as McGregors Ale House. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful and great pedicure come here! (I'm sure they do great manicures as well!) Thanks Lora! You have a new regular! :)

Gave me the TAP hybrid gel for my engagement shoot. Pretty happy with it. I'm not one to always get manicures and hates having long nails but they did a pretty good job. I always come back here for my pedicures though. They are friendly and welcoming.

My girlfriend came in to get her nails done, but it wasn't Mindy who worked on her. During the appointment, the nail tech started talking about how her boyfriend works for ICE. My girlfriend and daughter, who are both Mexican, found the comment offensive and uncomfortable. The comment was unnecessary and felt insensitive, especially in that setting. I've been to this place a few times, mainly for pedicures and it's always a hit or miss. I understand that a lot of business thrive and depend on reviews so I'm hoping that with this review it'll help not only the business push to improve but also give clients an honest insight. I went 4 days ago to get an acrylic full set and they were terrible. Please refer to my photos and go at your own risk. I feel that in this economy you should expect to pay for a good service, but if you have the money, go at your own risk. Prices are cheap so you'll definitely get cheap quality. Only reason I didn't do a 1 star is because the staff is friendly. read more

Mindy does my builder gel sets. I believe the brand is called Zen. I have done the same color and shape (almond) every time. I get the #15 peony. They have other colors to choose from as well. I will continue to get builder gel since I tend to like them better compared to acrylic-no fills with this. They also last me about 3 weeks. read more

Absolutely lovely salon, Mindy is wonderful and knowledgeable. What initially drew me to checking out InStyle was they offered more than your standard acrylic, gel or gel x nails- they have builder gel (what I opt for) as well as gel hybrid. These products are so revolutionary for someone like me who had weak nails from years of acrylics and am not looking to damage them further. Both the builder gel and hybrid gel are great alternatives that are not nearly as harsh on your natural nails and you still get to style and shape your manicure to your liking and they look more natural. I recently moved to the area and was nervous to find a nail tech- as it can be difficult to find the right fit- and usually you have to check out a few spots before landing the right nail tech for you, I got very lucky on my first try! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences since I started going to Mindy for my nails and I feel very fortunate to have found a great nail tech. Highly recommend!! read more

Service was quick and staff is friendly, but my nails didn't last. I initially came in and only asked for gel polish without a manicure. The person doing my nails didn't understand me so she proceeded with a manicure, which I just gave in to. I rarely get my nails done, but this time I wanted to get gel polish so that it would last me during my week of vacation. I got my nails done on a Friday, and before I even began my vacation, the gel polish chipped on Monday. In short, if I just painted my nails on my own, they would have lasted longer than the gel polish which cost me $33. read more

I had an amazing gel manicure with June today! I went to instyle for the first time after my old salon gave me a horrible manicure a week ago (it was the last straw with that place). So needless to say that I was apprehensive going to a new salon and wanted to be sure to get my money's worth. It never fails...after a long day on any given workday, I am always happy to see Mindy and her staff because they are always so welcoming, warm, and friendly. I typically go in for gel nails and when I do, I always enjoy their excellent massages and massage chair while they make my nails and toenails pretty. I always love coming to InStyle Nails to get my nails done! I came in for a full set, eyebrow wax, and upper lip wax done by Mindy and everything turned out perfect. Not only that but the rest of them were on their phones and one of them even too a nap on the massage chair. I also noticed they charged me more than what was listed on their service menu. But then she went on to talk about how she loooooves doing nails and has been doing them for over 20 years. But she couldn't add a line to my mani???? In the pictures, some of my nails look much worse because I peeled them...but because I washed my hair and noticed the gel was lifting around the edges. Since she is a minor, I would have expected the courtesy and professionalism of being told immediately that she had been injured, regardless of how minor the cut may have seemed. I am extremely disappointed with how the entire situation was handled. This was supposed to be a nice mother-daughter experience, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable and upset.
