NVB Contracting performed a free estimate of our roof, worked with my insurance company and performed the roof replacement in no time. After the hail storm in May 2015, I've received a visit from one of the NVB Contracting representative. Brandle Golladay introduced himself and offered a free estimate on the condition of our roof. Like many homeowners on our street, our roof had been damaged due to the hail storm. I then placed a claim with my insurance company which NVB was very familiar with. (NVB must be used to deal with the insurance company as they appears to know the claim adjuster. i.e. I didn't need to deal with the adjuster too much so it was very easy for me.) Brandle met with the adjuster, explained what he found, went on the roof with him and the claim was accepted within 30 minutes. A few days after, Brandle and Eric Bladley (NVB Owner) came to our house to explain the great shingle selection as well as the warranty covering them. soon after, the shingles were on the roof and the job started without any delay. It only took 2 days to complete the job to our entire satisfaction. Brandle stopped by at the end of each day to check on us and to make sure that we didn't have any complaints. NVB Contracting has been a life-saver for us. The owner, Eric Bradley, is amazing and his professional staff of contractors can pretty much solve any issue which arises in your household. We have used them several times and cannot say enough positive comments about this Contractor. He has extensive knowledge about insurance companies and helped us with the myriad of paperwork. First, he fixed my son's roof, which had leaked into the house and mold developed inside the walls, also, he sprayed insulation in the attic to help with energy costs. Excellent job. In my house, when our toilet overflowed into the basement, his staff tore out the water laden materials, excellent finishing of the recreation room, and new bathroom, from wallboard, painting, recessed lighting, and did excellent tile job. We have had many compliments. Now, we have hail damage and Eric came right over and gave us a roof estimate on the same day, so I know I have the best in the industry working on my beloved house. Last year we were inundated with people who stopped by offering to help us get a new roof. They promised to work with our insurance company so that we would not have to take on the financial burden ourselves. We agreed to sign on with one company but only if they could convince the insurance company that they should cover all expenses. Their claim was denied and that contract voided. In the meantime, someone suggested we contact Casey with NVB Contracting, Inc. and we are so glad we did. Casey worked with our insurance company, met with various inspectors, and helped us secure some funds from the insurance company. He was on top of the whole project from beginning to end. On the day that the roofers came, he was supervising onsite the whole time. When they found a board that needed replacing and there were several, the workers continued their job while he secured the necessary materials. We have never seen a crew work as diligently as this one did and finish a roof in about half a day on a good-sized roof. We are certainly glad we were directed to NVB Contracting and Casey. NVB Contracting LLC of Manassas Virginia, was working in our neighborhood in December 2018 and were offering a free inspection of our roof for wind/hail damage from a storm that passed directly over our subdivision. It was discovered that we did have damage that needed attention. We met with Raleigh L.; Jeremy T. and Dontaye W. of NVB, to discuss the many options and required actions to replace the roof. Although we met with each them throughout the process, Raleigh L was the liaison for project coordination. Dontaye, NVB Project manager and QC visited the work location routinely to observe the work and to ensure that safety standards were met. The roofing crew arrived on - time each work day ready to complete the tasks scheduled. The work site was left clean and unused roofing materials were safely stowed for the next work day. The process of getting my roof replaced after the storm can be confusing both Jeremy & Evan helped make the whole process much simpler. They where flexible with my schedule and took allot of care when installing my roof. The roof only took two days where very efficient clean when performing any work they took extra precautions when working on my home. for example they spent extra time getting all the nails out of the yard after the install also they gathered all materials after the install. As a first time home buyer, there are a lot of issues that will come up that you never think you'll have to deal with. I recently had to replace my roof due to a hail storm. I was referred to NVB, specifically Project Manager Jhonatan Zelaes, as they successfully completed several roofs in my area. I called Jhonatan on a Friday evening, after working hours, and he agreed to meet me first thing Monday morning. He was professional, polite, and most importantly knowledgeable about roofs and insurance claims. When the insurance adjuster came to my house the next day, Jhonatan was there waiting for him. After it was determined I needed a new roof, Jhonatan explained the insurance process as well as the roof process to me in great detail, answering all of my questions. When I initially called about a leak in my room on a Wednesday they realized the urgency and came out for an estimate on that same Friday. I live in Rockville so I knew it was a rather large trip to make just for an estimate but, other reviews on this company were amazing.Two contractors came out to perform the work. They arrived right at the scheduled time and had an estimate for me within fifteen minutes. They completed the work on the roof the same day as the estimate and assured me they would be out soon to fix the walls that had been effected by the leak in our roof. Both men were very friendly and completed the task at hard as quick as they could. Before they left I received payment conformation and a verbal list of tasks that they could also complete for me. This company took the hassle out of picking contractors. I will recommend them to all my friend and continue to call them for my home renovation needs. read more

We recently had NVB replace our roof and repair some damage on an inside room. Overall the project was completed and looks real good. There (as in all projects) some hiccups. 1. The building materials showed with no notice that they were going to be delivered. The truck sent was unable to go up our steep driveway and another method was used. 2. We were told a date when the work was schedule and that it would take 2 days. No one showed up on that day and we were unable to get in touch with our Project/Sales Manager. We finally got in touch with someone from NVB and found that they work was scheduled for the next and was planned for a 1 day job. Jeremy Trullio was our Project Manager. He was helpful, always had explanations, and available for communications most of the time. We are pleased with the work and would recommend NVB contracting. However you should expect things to be adjustable. read more

The damage of hail and the deterioration after 17 years needed a major work by a good contracting company and we got NVB. NVB did an awesome job for us. Frank Meneses was in our neighborhood doing other work and noticed shingles off our roof. He did a free estimate and said we had wind damage. He worked with my insurance company very well and expressed that the roof needed replacement and a repair would not work. Our insurance company agreed. They came on a nice day and the crew was done with the replacement before 3. They were very efficient, nice and professional. Frank was here to oversee the project. We are very fortunate to have NVB notice the damage and be our advocate with the insurance company. If not, I believe we would have had a leaky roof before no time. I used NVB Contracting LLC for a roofing and gutter replacement after my home received hail and windstorm damage. Jhonatan worked directly with the insurance adjuster and was able to get everything taken care of which took most of the worry and effort off of my mind and shoulders. His crew showed up on time and was very professional. The crew complete the entire roof and gutter replacement in two days working from sun up to sun down. After the job was completed they ensured all the debris especially the nails (I have dogs so this is very important to me) was completely picked up and properly hauled away. I contacted NVB Contracting based upon a referral from a friend. The friend told me that NVB would do a free inspection and give me a complete list of what needed to be done to give to my insurance company. Derick Hollins came for the inspection and did a wonderful job of explaining everything that needed to be done, what to expect from my insurance and what to expect from them. He also did a great job of following through on calling me when he said he was going to call. We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB.  Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. We worked with NVB Contracting to install about 40 solar panels on our new home. With our neighborhood and electric company being fairly new to the process, Eric and team worked with Shenandoah Valley Electric (SVE) to complete all paperwork and move the process along. Recently had siding damage due to wind storm. NVB Contracting were out the next day to install a covering over the damaged area and then immediately began working on the insurance claim with me. During the process, I was always kept in the loop with texts and emails. I found NVB professional and actively working on my claim during the entire process.
