They are not one of those large impersonal companies with bad attitudes. I have not met Mr. Diaz senior, but his son Aidan is an excellent plumber. My main line tends to get blocked by tree roots regularly. They did a wonderful job clearing it with their hydro jet. The before and after videos were really informative. They descaled my tankless hot water heater and cleared a blockage in my dishwasher. Aidan also helped me figure out what parts I need to order to stop my bathroom sink and shower from leaking. He was kind enough to point out that although my fixtures were old they were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive so Diaz can repair the leaks. It was so clogged and they even rinsed the driveway from all the debris that came out which is much appreciated. I initially contacted him to perform maintenance on my tankless hot water heater since I had just moved into a new home. Zorro showed up on time, was extremely patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions (it was my first time dealing with a tankless system). Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well. During the installation, one of the filter tanks unfortunately had a crack. Zorro immediately got on the phone with his supplier to get a replacement as quickly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, even sending me the tracking number so I could follow along. When the replacement arrived on a Saturday, Zorro was at my house within the hour to finish the job. That level of responsiveness and accountability is rare.
