We had a serious clog in our 100 year old drain pipes that my snake was definitely not getting…read morethrough. Charlie's Sewer and Drain set up an appointment and sent out their plumbing tech Cesar to have a look. Cesar was on time, friendly, and knowledgable. He popped open the trap and also tried to clear the clog in the drain with his more industrial-strength snake. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful -- the pipes are so old and corroded that we suspect it will take a much bigger repair. He wrapped up and cleaned up, and after we discussed possible next steps, he got us an estimate for further work within the hour. He didn't charge us since we weren't able to get the clog cleared, which I really appreciate. At time of writing, we're doing due diligence to collect other estimates, but my engagement with Cesar and Charlie's S&D was really favorable, and deserved a great review.

Zorro showed up on time, was extremely patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions (it was my first time dealing with a tankless system). Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well. During the installation, one of the filter tanks unfortunately had a crack. Zorro immediately got on the phone with his supplier to get a replacement as quickly as possible.
