The house needed all the piping replaced as the piping had root intrusion on the main line, piping update from home improvements, and the piping being from the 1950's. We had root intrusion in our main sewer line, and they ended up replacing all the pipes from our cleanout drain to the city sewer line. I always wonder if these reviews are real, and now because of the great customer service and a job well done, I wanted to make sure to leave mine. My grandparents restroom sink was clogging. I rented the snake machine from Home Depot, but I was unsuccessful in unclogging it. I looked for a few plumbers on yelp, and called them. Victor himself answered and said what time he would arrive and would take a look for free. He arrived right on time, and upon review he explained to me and my grandparents what the issues were and what the work was gonna be and how much it would cost. Wanted to camera our main sewer line after having to snake out a few backups. On the recommendation of my mother-in-law, who used Twin Pros for a large project, we contacted Victor. He was prompt, thorough, and informative. On the camera screen we clearly saw the entire line, each point where old clay pipes were offset, and each area of tree root intrusion. The main line passes under thick concrete which we did not want to remove so we were glad to hear Victor doesn't like to dig trenches through concrete either if he can help it. After digging holes only at the beginning & end of the mainline, the crew used a hydraulic tool to pull new piping (this is not a flimsy sleeve, folks. Actual new pipe!) through the old pipe, saving significant time, money, and digging. Fast, clean, efficient work, good pricing. While they were on site we also had the crew add a new copper line & hose bib in the garden. No one wants a reason to call the plumber but, if you have to, Victor with Twin Pros is a good plumber to call. read more

When we bought our house it came up during inspection that our sewage pipe needed to be replaced. We waited 4 years to actually begin the process of replacing it. During this process, we met with 6 different companies (some we had used before for random other plumbing needs and some of the bigger private equity type) and we narrowed it down. Coincidentally, the weekend that we were going to move forward with the one we selected, we met Victor at the Costco parking lot! I just stopped to chat and started discussing what we were doing and he asked if he could throw his hat in the ring. We had been working on this for a few weeks so felt fairly certain we were going with another company but had him come and provide an estimate. He came on the lower end but right at the ball park of the other quotes but handled a few other things that needed to be done as well. We found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Our concern was the lack of reviews but he showed us their Tiktok where they had done the same work they did for us over and over so now I'm certain that they just haven't put the resources into building yelp reviews the way some of the other plumbing companies do. We decided to give him and his team a chance on a fairly big project and they did not disappoint. Because we started this work 4 years after we bought the house, a lot of our landscaping was in place and they needed to tunnel to the street. They did this very efficiently and did not disrupt any of the landscaping, and what they did need to do, they put back perfectly. He took photos and videos throughout the whole process and showed us along the way. They committed to a start time and end time and met the times so we were able to use our water when were home. Aside from that, I was having trouble with our gate and he didn't pause for a second when I needed some help.
