Finally tried this place but wasn't all impressed. I ordered the veggie with no mushrooms. The pizza was fine but nothing special. It did make pretty good leftovers though. The pizzas are big so I would definitely recommend sharing unless you want leftovers. I also found the menu to be a little strange with NY and Brazilian pizzas but then a lot of Italian dishes. They have a lot of different options. The staff was nice though. We went here on a Tuesday night and it was pretty dead. We went here tonight very hungry and excited to come and try this place out. We had a party of 5 but then had an extra 1 joining (of course we asked the server if it was okay). Everything fine, the food was delicious and didn't take long but the attention was lacking as we were sitting there with no drink refill for most of the meal, but to be fair the restaurant was a little busy and I think there were only 2 servers? I'm not entirely sure tho. But the reason why I'm putting 1 star is because when we payed I didn't mind much attention to the check, or didn't question the price and just straight up paid. When we head back home we noticed that the check ALREADY had 18% tip added and the server didn't give a heads up or a WARNING. We ended up giving $40 dollars in tip without consent and with not great service. Really dissapointed by this, not fair as there was no mention of it anywhere in the or even the server saying anything. I won't lie I was not impressed with just our basic Greek salad, Garlic knots and cheese bread. My husband and I came in for a lite dinner and ordered 2 Greek salads ( we only received 1 because the guy that was waiting on us I don't think understood us that well). I ordered garlic knots; they were interesting, I have never seen them made like cinnamon rolls and not very flavorful. We also ordered the cheese bread thinking the knots would be small and actually look like knots. It was ok, not what I would order again. Customer service was good from the staff that had been working there the longest. The decor was really good. Would I go back? Probably not. I've had really Italian food in other states. Gratuity included!! My son invited us to this place as he loves pizza. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 XL pizzas and drinks. Food was good and tasty, service not so good, however I left a great cash tip on the table. On our way home I asked my son how much was the bill, he said $130.00 which I thought it was too much for what we got. Turns out the server charged gratuity. So, I'll be honest and say I did come in at 2 pm. With that being said, there were still plenty of other patrons - mostly Brazilian (for that reasons, I'd recommend it for Brazilian food, although that's not what I tried). I had a personal pepperoni and sausage pizza, appetizer garlic cheesy bread, and a chicken parm sandwich. The garlic cheesy bread was good, however the marinara was incredibly watery. I called 5 times and finally got through. Figuring it was very busy and I placed an order. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes.. I showed up in 25 minutes. There were three employees sitting together eating, no one else in the restaurant. The phone was off the hook, and my order had not been started.. Pizza is pretty good, but twice, my coworkers and I have not gotten what we ordered, due to the website being broken and crappy. The first time, I ordered a calzone, and instead of a calzone, I got a pizza, that was inexplicably more expensive than the same pizza would be on the menu. I was told they just didn't serve calzones, and it shouldn't have been on the site. Nothing was offered in the way of a refund for the difference or anything else. Just a 'oh well'. The site is riddled with 'under construction' images, and wrongly listed pizzas. My coworker just went to pick up our order, and a pizza was made completely incorrectly, and he was told it was his fault, for ordering the wrong pizza (incorrect). They did not send him any kind of email confirmation, so there was no way to prove it. They made him pay for the second pizza, as it was 'his fault'. And to add onto this, the 'margherita' pizza, I just got, which is listed as sliced mozzarella, basil, and tomato sauce, is covered with shredded orange cheddar cheese. Ridiculous. The decent pizza (3 stars at best) is not worth the constantly incorrect orders, and terrible customer service. This is our last trip to NY Pizza Patrol. read more

Do not ever order from this place. When you check the prices on the website it shows one price, when you place the order, you will be quoted another price, at least $3.00 more than their website. When i spoke with the manager, he would not honor the prices from their website. The food isn't that great anyway. I would pay $4.00 more and go to the PIE Pizzeria any day of the week. This was the first restaurant we hit since the covid restrictions were lifted a bit. They were immaculately clean and the service was top notch! They kept everyone seated well past the recommendation of 6 foot, which we GREATLY appreciated. We want basic and ordered a large pepperoni. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. We occasionally go here as a family for the Blanca aka White Pizza. It is the only place in the Salt Lake area (that we know of) that has it and theirs is as as good as any that I had in Saratoga Springs, NY (where I first tasted it) or later in downtown Queens. The crust is definitely thin, chewy and a bit bubbly, which is what I consider NY style. Tonight, we also got a gluten-free combo pizza (without green peppers) and it was really good with excellent sliced sausage, fresh mushrooms and perfectly cooked white onions. We almost always get the Zeppolis for dessert and I am usually stuffed by the time we are done. The food was REALLY good. I love their parmegiana steak, and feijoada. My kid loves their kid menu, and their staff is very kind n friendly. I work in the area and placed an order online, they had a 30 minute wait. I waited the 30 minutes and then I showed up to pick up my order and they had not even started making it. There was nobody in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy at all. There was a door dash driver inside complaining to the server that he had already waited over 15 minutes for the order he was picking up. It doesn't taste like NY pizza. As a local fast food pizza competing against Papa Murphy's and Dominos it meets expectations, but that's about it. My first visit was with my wife really hoping for a nice pizza. We often stop to shop at Harmon's on our way home from SLC. Having an interesting option to eat at before heading down to Orem would be nice. In the end, it's another variant of pretty standard pizza. We pretty much wrote it off. I arrived about 9 pm on a Saturday night. I know that's the middle of the night for a place like Draper, but if you're open, be nice about it. I took a seat and waited for service and looked around at the left over dirty tables just being cleaned up from earlier. My server eventually took the order. While I waited I watched them shut the place down. They cleaned the floor and put chairs upside down on the tables. It was technically still open, but ... The pizza was undercooked and too doughy. The sauce is a bit too sweet. That makes it taste more like the mass marketed pizza. The menu said they had good meatballs. That's a great test. A good meatball is not too dense, not too much filler and a nice mix of meats. At least beef and pork, but some veal would be nice. It will have a red sauce on it, but the meatball will be the star.
