I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

I took my car to the dealership to get serviced because these people didn't, and they showed me the door panel was damaged by these mechanics and duck taped back together! These people tried to overcharge me then used duct tape to repair damage that they did to the car. They leave the car outside in an unsecured lot and my car was scratched while in their care. They collectively define the "pushy car salesman". And the following days I still received phone calls. I texted the person who gave me his business card to say that this alone has strained any business transaction I wish to have with Paragon in the future. Each and every single person I've told to - STOP. They all replied "sorry, we will make note". This note falls on death ears or the note, if even filed fall to the blind staff of Paragon. Because it is not received, and the harassment continues. Shameful display of an organization and its business practices.
