Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. There was a minor scratch on it, but considering my car is 8 years old, I thought it was worth trying to save some money. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready a couple of days later. They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. Experiencing a car accident is never fun, but these wonderful people made the repair process smooth and easy, allowing me to get back on the road quickly.
