My car window got broken during a smash and grab so I needed help ASAP and figured I'd get a wash at the same time. So I call and explain the situation, he gives me an estimate, pretty reasonable price for a mobile auto company. Very honest about how the price could vary based on the severity. Then I asked what time. They said 4PM. I asked if I could pay for priority position and to my surprise they said yes for a mere $20 (I was expecting an extra zero). I got an ETA of 1pm, and they communicated the whole time. Around 12:30 they call and ask if I'm free now, and naturally I am, so they said "okay, ETA is 8 minutes." Omar was one of the first person to respond to my quotes. He was was quick with answers to any of my questions and quickly made an appt the next morning. I only wanted a detail interior as I am more concern about the inside than the outside of my car. I am giving him 1 star because when I did the inspection to the inside of my car, there were many many spots that were not cleaned and he blamed it on the new chemical cleaner. However, I felt like it wasn't due to the chemical- it was more of a missed spot that was not thoroughly cleaned. I told him all the missed spots, and he redid it. Then I inspect it again and saw some other missed spot. After going in my car, I realized that there were other missed spots! I should not have to tell him the spots he missed, that's what I'm paying him I think I would have done a better job. Won't be booking him again! read more
