I got a French toast bagel with ham, egg, and cheese -- honestly, the best bagel I've ever had. The French toast bagel tasted like fried dough with cinnamon sugar, and it was absolutely delicious. I'd definitely drive a pretty far distance to get this bagel again!

I'm really torn about how to rate O'Bagel. I think it's around the 4.5 area. Texturally, this is an INCREDIBLE bagel -- perfect crunch on the outside without being messy or burnt, while wonderfully doughy on the inside. Everything I, personally, look for in an ideal bagel. What I didn't like is the amount of cream cheese they give you (I'm sorry, this is Jersey -- it should have twice that amount on there, more than looks reasonable) as well as the cost (a small coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, and a totally plain everything bagel was $10), hence the less-than-five-star rating. But I am a customer for life, for sure. It's just that I'll take my bagels home and put cream cheese on them myself.

I recently tried O'Bagel for the first time. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I must say it was delicious. Their bagel tastes great. Lots of seeds on their everything bagel, which I love. They give a fair amount of cream cheese as well. This bagel was delicious. Cream cheese tasted great. Bagel tasted great. I will definitely be coming back to try some more of their bagels.

Perfectly toasted egg bagel with butter. So good.

The bagels are delicious. Excellent quality. They know how to make a real bagel. When giving an order, be patient, you may need to repeat it once or twice. Staff is very hard working and try their best. a great go to spot.

We showed up about 10 minutes before closing and weren't greeted or told they were about to shut…read moredown--no heads-up, no hello, just silence when we walked in. That set the tone a bit, and the staff stayed pretty flat and distant throughout. In a place serving Italian sandwiches, you'd hope for at least a little of that classic deli energy, but it felt more transactional than welcoming. On the plus side, the sandwiches were loaded with meat--generous piles of gabagool (capicola) and the other cold cuts, so you definitely get your money's worth in terms of quantity. That's the highlight. Flavor-wise, though, they fell short. Everything tasted kind of one-note and under-seasoned. The meat was good quality, but it needed salt, maybe some oregano, a splash of vinegar or oil, or just more care in the assembly to bring it to life. It wasn't bad, just forgettable--more filling than satisfying. Overall, it's a solid 3-star spot if you're purely after a big, meat-heavy sandwich and don't mind basic service. If you want personality behind the counter or a sub that actually pops with flavor, you might want to keep looking. We left somewhat satisfied but not impressed, and probably won't make a special trip back.

I would rather not add stars for this review because I have been here 2X and really like the food…read moreand the service is great. However, last week I looked them up and ordered through Yelp (facilitated by Grubhub, apparently). I ordered 2 of the roast beefs, 2 chopped chickens and a chicken Caesar salad and salivated during my 30 min drive to pick up. I arrived to an entirely still and locked store. No sign of anyone. I've often noticed vendors failing to update working hours, and that is frustrating. But what's worse is when I've got Yelp blaming Grubhub and Grubhub blaming everyone. I called and there was never anyone at the store though Grubhub took my money and gave me a pickup time. They agreed to refund me in several days but did absolutely nothing to compensate or remedy the situation and took no responsibility. So I will not be using Grubhub again (and that may mean ordering through Yelp if they only work through Grubhub). I hope Carved cleans up their act with times. Very frustrating when nobody takes responsibility and I don't know whether I can even trust ordering food through Yelp.

We tried the Stirling Dip, which consists of sliced roast beef, sharp provolone, and caramelized onion on a garlic baguette. It also comes with a side serving of beef au jus, pickled cucumbers, and red onions. The beef was high-quality and so tender! The sandwich was stacked with a lot of beef, and we split it. It was super filling, and we had a hard time finishing it. The bread was soft and delicious. The sandwich cost $18.00. It was juicy enough that it didn't need to be dipped in the au jus. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was on the salty side. They told us that they will start serving meals in the future.

We got takeout so can't speak to the ambiance but it's a small little place. I ordered online and ordered small size for the gyro, chicken kebabs and appetizer falafel/hummus and large size hummus and tabbouleh. It came with extra pita bread, yogurt sauce, and a spicy sauce. I was ordering for 3 people for dinner and it was just barely enough food. It was $100, which I feel is insane. I meant to take pics but we were hungry and I was not able to. Also, the proportion of meat to rice is another reason I don't feel like it was worth the price. I don't mean to be disrespectful or rude, but I think there are certain cuisines one expects to be more on the budget friendly side. For $100 I expect more. We ordered no drinks, no desserts no sides: just 2 appetizers & 3 small plates.

We went to brunch here last Mother's Day and had a wonderful experience. The food and service were…read moreexcellent, so my husband made 10:00 a.m. reservations again for this Mother's Day. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment from the moment we arrived. We were the only people there, yet the floor around our table was dirty with old Goldfish crackers and blueberries. We ordered the banana bread appetizer, an egg tortilla bowl, a western omelet, and two kids' waffles. The banana bread appetizer didn't come out until the rest of our food arrived, and everything was ice cold. The breakfast potatoes tasted old, as if they had been made the day before. While it wasn't ideal, we tried to be understanding since it was a holiday and the staff may have been overwhelmed. The highlight of the meal was the fresh-squeezed orange juice that we enjoyed with our BYOB champagne. However, no one checked on our table during the meal, and I eventually had to stop someone just to ask for the check. When reviewing the bill, I realized the kids' waffles seemed more expensive than expected. Sure enough, we had been overcharged for each one. When I politely questioned it, I was told, "That's the price in our register," and the staff gave me a hard time about correcting it. After asking again, they reluctantly handed me cash for the difference. The waitress was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience, especially compared to how much we enjoyed it last year. Sadly, we'll be choosing a different spot for Mother's Day brunch next year.

Worst dining experience I've had in a long time--if not ever…read more To start, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Our waitress was just fine, but it was clear she lacked proper training in basic service and restaurant etiquette. Honestly I don't think she wanted to be there, was wearing sweatpants and could barely hear her when she spoke. The issues with the food began right away. I ordered a fruit cup for my son and was initially told they didn't have fruit--despite it being listed on the menu. After pointing that out, it was brought to the table, but the fruit was clearly spoiled, especially the strawberries. They had tried to cut around the rotten parts, which was honestly disgusting and concerning given this was being served to a 2-year-old. We immediately sent it back. I ordered a burger with sautéed onions, but it came out with just a few small slivers of what turned out to be pickled onions instead. The burger itself looked incredibly lackluster. I ended up sending it back and, at that point, was completely turned off from ordering anything else. I also wasn't asked if I'd like to order a replacement, there was no apology, no accountability, just a blank stare while the plate was taken away. To make matters worse, we were still charged $6 for the fries that came with the burger, which my son had started eating before I sent it back. I hadn't taken a single bite of the actual meal. My husband's "Kobe beef" sliders came with bacon that was completely inedible, so he had to remove it. My mom ordered eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon but received regular (inedible) bacon instead, and my father's meal was served cold. Overall, the quality of the food across the table was just poor. The bathrooms were also in rough condition. The women's toilet seat was loose and coming off the hinges, I nearly fell. The bill came to $146 after tip, which felt like a complete waste given the experience. Afterward, we actually drove across the street so I could grab chicken soup elsewhere because I left hungry. This was our second time giving this place a chance, and unfortunately, it will be our last.
