I've been there several times through the years. Fun bar - drinks are not over priced, free pool, karaoke, yummy food. However, on St Patrick's Day 2026 my drink was spiked. Sat there for 10 minutes no service. No signs that say order at the bar. Waitress gave us looks often. But never said hey. If we would have been acknowledged would have been better. I love dive bars. As long as they let you know they noticed you. Walked out got drinks elsewhere. Two servers. Only seems to help those at the bar. Not surrounding tables. read more

Sweet dive bar. Spacious. Air conditioned. Good music. Great nachos. I came here for a pool tournament randomly and was met with friendly faces and good completion. Multiple screens playing sports. Karaoke on the weekends. They don't have a ton of food but they allow outside food to be brought in. And the bar is centrally located in a strip food mall next to a subway, teriyaki, and pho. Bartender was super cool about it. Guy who runs the tourney is a funny old guy with a Swedish accent. He put up with my drunken bantering late into the night. We were the second party to arrive in an empty place. Sadly as with all other places, they need help badly. We waited almost an hour for our food and 2 of us didn't get our food until the other people in our party were almost finished with theirs. I believe there was only our waitress, bartender and cook. Sweet little hidden dive bar. Lots of pool and darts players. Pull tabs. karaoke and very friendly people . If you're in the area it's an awesome dive to kick it at with friends as well as make friends at. Drinks can be a little slow but when I was there only one bartender was working so you can't blame them for that . The karaoke was a lot of fun and drinks well priced. Bars like this are slowly fading away. It's important to get time at these places before every Bar in the area is a chain with no soul. This bar is in my neighborhood so I have been here a lot over the years. I don't especially love it, but really it's the only one around. They do have multiple pool tables and karoake quite a few nights a week. I've been trying to convince my boyfriend to come here and play in some of the pool tournaments for years, but he never has. I also enjoy playing the pool tabs. There's some dart boards as well. Nothing really stands out about this location other than perhaps the serious lack of food, be sure to eat before you come. They do have some food, but not a real menu, just whatever is required so they can serve liquor. Its larger than it looks on the inside, and can get a bit loud. I'd love to see them add some trivia or bar bingo, maybe one day. read more

RUDE! Shorter, flat face blonde lady is a total bi*ch. Girlfriend and I got there before kareoke started to listen to some rock and roll and play darts/pool. Asked for a margarita and a beer- she was a total b*tch in explaining how I can't have both. A bit later asked if she could turn up the music a little. It was very soft. She rudely said ok. She never did. I asked (nicely) again a bit later. She went on and on insulting me and said I can leave. Guy at the table next to me said she served his beer to him with her fingers all over the edge of the glass. He asked for another drink. She rudely gave him another one and insulted him. Will never go where a paying patron is treated like sh*t. Last time I was here both female bartenders were rude. Oh and don't go on inch over the carpet edge trying to get their attention. I came here this evening to play some darts. The atmosphere seemed to be nice upon first appearances; however, my party and I had been here for over 42 minutes and the waitresses have failed to get our order. They are not business so there is no excuse. They appear to be walking around serving the regulars. Sadly, we already put our money in the dart machine so we ended up playing darts until our credits ran out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service with a mediocre crowd. Never even realized this place was here! It's sort of hidden in a little strip mall area across from Azteca. It's basically a dive bar with a pool table, some dart boards, karaoke, etc. Staff seems friendly. The place is pretty big, which surprised me since it doesn't look very large from the outside. Oh man, O'houlie's.... This place. What can I say... It's a dive. If you want decent drinks at a decently cheap price, this is your place. If you want a sophisticated crowd where everything pretends they are better then you and have more money then God... Well then this is NOT your place. Seriously, some dude came up to my friend and starting telling her "don't be awkward, be amazing". How do you make a girl who wasn't awkward suddenly feel awkward... Call her awkward!! At least it's entertaining. Try to get a seat where you can people watch and you will be seriously entertained all night. And hey, if you want to be the fanciest person in the place... I work across the street from this bar and used to frequent it every couple of weeks with several coworkers. We'd spend a good couple hours there and always had a minimum of a $30-$40 tabs each. We accepted the fact that the mixed drinks were horrendous and embraced the nature of this place being a dive bar. All in all, we were good paying customers who enjoyed our time there. We will never go to this bar again due to the owner being absolutely rude and unreasonable. We have limited parking at our complex and occasionally the three office girls would park in the parking lot of the complex so they didn't have to park and walk 2 blocks to work, especially when it rained. The girls always parked in the back of the parking lot in consideration of the other customers. NONE of the other stores in the complex had a problem with the girls parking there due them, as well as other employee's, being frequent customers. However, the owner of O'Houlie's had a serious problem with this because it was preventing their "current paying customers" from having a parking spot. The girls were always gone by 6:15pm and the parking lot was never full!! There was plenty of parking, close to the entrance of the bar, for the "numerous customers" they had. Attempts to reason with the owner and explain the situation fell on deaf ears. The pettiness of the owner has now lost our business. read more

I hope ownership takes this to heart and can grow from this. I've been a customer there a few times and this last Wednesday (11-21-18) a group of my friends went there to meet up and play some pool. Your main bartender was pretty short/rude not only to myself but to quite a few other people there at the rail. Now I know early on in the night she might have been a little busy with it only being her trying to take care of everyone by herself, but still. I feel being in the industry myself, these type of days before a holiday is not uncommon. About a half hour later another staff member came in to help out (Bree) and at first, she had a great attitude. But that wore off sometime later. One of the issues we were having was the pool table we were playing on (one closest to the front door) balls kept getting stuck or wouldn't come down when we put our quarters in. Now I know having to go up to the bar and keep having to ask for keys can be a pain to both the customer and even more so to the bartender. With the amount of people playing pool, I would have opened the tables, not worry about the 50 cents a game you would make and make your money off of the food and beverage. At the end of the day, you will run your business the way you want to, but you lost 6-8 of us in leaving earlier then we want to and went somewhere else to spend our money. We have come to O'Houlie's several times for group functions for karaoke, and really enjoy the atmosphere. The bartenders are friendly, service is decent, and the place is drama-free for the most part. In all, it is a good place for us to gather. Our one complaint is the smokers congregating right outside the front door. One of the people in our group has a medical condition that is exacerbated by strong smells, and cigarette smoke is particularly irritating. The most difficult part of coming to Ohoulie's is getting in and out of the front door. Last night when we left we politely asked the smokers to move further from the door (they were less than 10 feet away) and were met with a lot of attitude and resistance. We would really appreciate it if the staff would put more emphasis on creating an environment that is friendlier in this situation. We expect to find a smoking area wherever we go, but this is the first time we have run into such a headache getting in and out. read more
