They don't even deserve one star! They are total scammers! They inflated the purchase price of my lease purchase with a "doc and handling" fee. When I called them out on it, they said they would reduce it. Now, after taking a closer look at the paperwork, the description says "Cash price before accessories, taxes and dealer handling". I had my car in for some standard maintenance not that long ago. As part of their inspection, they found two suggested service items (the power steering pump and lines) and an axel rod gasket (that requires a ton of labor to replace). They also suggested I get my brakes done sometime that year. Then my wife found out that one of her coworker's husband works as a fleet mechanic and does work on the side. We took the car to him and he found the slightest of mists coming out of the gasket (it will need to be replaced, but it's not necessary today) and nothing wrong with the power steering pump and lines. To be sure, he had his foreman check out the power steering pump and lines. His foreman said, if anyone working in his shop suggested replacement, he'd fire them for unethical behavior. Now, my breaks, the cheep job of the lot that they brought up, were completely shot. I'll let you draw your own conclusions on what their "service" department prioritizes. As for me, they'll never see my car again, and their dealership will never get my business. read more

I went to O'Meara Ford against my better judgement after reading all of the reviews. They had a car I was interested in so I figured it was either deal with them or not get the car. Things started off ok, got the price I wanted and came down to test drive the car and purchase it. I had my financing and check already written out and we had agreed to the deal. During the test drive, the car felt a little dead in the back end. The saleswoman could hear and feel it also but tried to make me think it was rocks on the road or just that it was a sport suspension. Sigh. Asked if they could check it out first. Turns out it was a bad bushing on the sway bar and they would fix under warranty. Great! The car is finished a couple of days later and I get the call that its ready. I set up an appointment to finish the purchase a couple of hours later. After about an hour I start getting calls from the saleswoman saying I needed to get there right away because the car was being looked at. I asked why was it even on the lot since I was coming down in about 90 minutes to buy it? 2 more calls and 3 texts telling me to hurry up and we can finish our paperwork first to try and get the car. Sorry, I'm not going to fill out a ton of paperwork only to find out that somebody else got the car. So bottom line, we had a deal and an appointment but the dealership couldn't put the car aside for 2 hours. Severely lacking in customer satisfaction and just care about how many cars they can push out the doors. I'll never go back and I'd advise others against it also. read more

Ordered a tow package from Ford directly and had it shipped to O'Meara because Schomp wasn't available on the list on Ford's website. Paid for labor on the website. Items arrived and O'Meara service staff direct me to Jair Lazaro. I get a call from him on 2/8/23 (around 1pm) saying that they were checking on labor costs. I told him I paid it on Ford website. He requested that I email him that order confirmation email. I emailed it to him while we were on the phone. He tells me he will call me back shortly. Don't hear anything back from him that day. 2/9, I call him and leave 2 or 3 voicemails. Email him and get a reply that quicklane is going to install it. Call to speak with quicklane & they inform me that they don't do any accessory installation before sending me back to Jair. 2/10, I call 6 times to get it set up and not once do I get anything besides being punted around on the phone and eventually landing up on Jair's voicemail. I left 4 or 5 messages and still have heard nothing. read more

1 star for this location is incredibly generous. It is next to impossible to reach someone on the phone (unless it's the front receptionist) nor do they return any voicemails, the service department technician Doug Scott is the most condescending and rude person to have to deal with. You will literally get spoken to like a toddler. After that you get to have him try to assure you that he's "the expert" and that from our verbal description of the problems with the vehicle, that he knows what's wrong and that it would be covered by warranty. Cut to signing a paper that he also included another problem (one that was to cost $298 to diagnose) just in case. At no point did he explain that this would end up taking 2 days to diagnose. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and by 4pm I had still no update so I just called the service department to ask if there had been any. Again I get the disgustingly condescending tone from Doug laughing and saying, "under any other circumstances I'd NEVER have an update for you this EARLY, but let me see.." Is this funny? He rustled a couple papers and told me that it had to be driven again and it there would not be an update until tomorrow. Great. So come 12:30pm the next day I still had heard nothing, so again I call. And of course, I get a voicemail. I call three more times and get the same. I also called the managers direct line and left another message. Only then did "Manager Mark" pick up, and continuing Doug's tone it seems, to basically give me no other details other than that now my car needed a complete clutch replacement and it would be close to $3000 to fix. On top of the now $298 diagnosis fee I would now have to pay. So it ended up not being the problem the so-called "expert" knew it to be and it was the same problem that I already knew about. Mark is completely useless as a manager and knows no answer to any question you ask him. As a service industry worker who is barely making it through right now and having to give these idiots almost $300 to tell me nothing new is absolutely heartbreaking. I have never had such a terrible experience at a dealership before. If this review can save a person from the nightmare we've experienced here, that is the best I can hope for. We purchased a truck that had been on their lot for 6 days two weeks ago and spent almost 4 hours with these guys on a Saturday night signing paperwork. Once we were done with the financial guy, with whom we bought an extended warranty from, they walked us out of the building and told us we couldn't take the truck home with us that night. We were shocked and confused. After waiting another 20 minutes in the cold for our sales guy to negotiate with the manager, he said they couldn't give us the vehicle because it needed a safety inspection they hadn't gotten to yet. He promised us first thing Monday "I'll make sure it's ready for you." Monday comes and my husband has to go rent a truck because they said it wouldn't be ready that day and he has to drive for work. He rented the cheapest truck he could find from the nearest enterprise he could find. After tons of calls into this dealership to get our new truck we learn that there is some feature on the truck they have to uninstall legally, we say fine. They say it's ready for pickup after TWO WEEKS of us having a rental vehicle that we assume will be paid for by them because we bought a warranty that covers just that. The bill for enterprise is almost $1600 and now the manager Mark is saying he will not pay for it. What did we buy the warranty for if this isn't even covered?? Mark says it's only for warranty work and it doesn't start for 30 days after you sign. WOW! What a BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! They have terrible communication, lied to us from the start, and Mark has been an absolute jerk throughout the process when they should've been apologizing for all their issues! We will be making a complaint with the BBB and cancelling our warranty with them. Don't make the same mistake as us in buying a truck from these guys!!!! read more

This is a true car salesman's dealership. A dog-eat-dog place, where salesmen are fighting over customers, and arguing about who'll take half a deal. I will never return to this dealership, and I will never EVER return to any dealership with the O'Meara name. It all starts in 2001 when O'Meara worked a deal for me to buy a Ford Ranger. Nice truck. I got a 0% financing deal. Awesome, that is, until 2 weeks later when a finance manager says they can't get the deal done at $0 down, and I have to pay $8,500 or bring the truck back. So I brought the truck back. They were so far off on that deal, it was ridiculous. I swore off O'Meara Ford for good. Today I head over to O'Meara's newest dealership, the GMC/Buick place, also on 104th. The GMC Sierra is kind of a joke, but the guy there convinced me to go look at the Fords. He usually works over at the Ford store. He says, "Talk to X", as he's the truck guy. So I go over to O'meara Ford. I Ask for X and the guy tells me to have a seat while he goes and looks. An older guy comes over and sits down and says, "How can I help you?". I asked if he's X, he says no, I say I'm here to see X. He goes to look for X. X happens to be with a customer. I say no problem, get me anybody. Then we go outside to find a sales guy and it's like nobody wants to help out for a "half". One guy calls his supervisor and is told he can't. Then I make clear I don't really give a crap who I talk to, I don't give a crap about X. He hasn't done anything for me. Suddenly this guy outside gets a call and someone says he's "allowed" to help me out. He (Mr. A) says to come inside, which is where I'm starting to get annoyed. We sit down and he asks me what I'm looking for. I tell him about my truck I'm working on a manufacturer buyback on, and that I just want to see the F-350. Suddenly another guy (Mr. B) comes over and sits down, takes the note paper from Mr. A and starts asking me questions, what are my intentions, what am I looking for. I start to tell him, then I realize I'm now severely annoyed, so I say, "I'm going to be straight with you. You're WAY over-complicating this. I'm just here to look at an F-350 to see if I like it even a tiny bit". Suddenly Mr. B gets a bit defensive, trying to quell, and I said, "I just want to see the truck". Mr. B says, "OK, give me just a sec", and stands up and starts to walk away. I look at Mr. A and said, "WTF is this? Is this normal?" Dude is beat red in the face. I looked at him and said, "Ya know... never mind. This is stupid", and I walked out. I have NEVER been to a car dealer where I have to have a sit-down meeting about what I am looking for, and what my intentions are, and what's my current vehicle, and why am I trading it, and how will I be financing it and BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH, just to LOOK. I just wanted to LOOK INSIDE the truck and see if I liked it even just a little bit. I'm in a position where I want to give the other 2 of the big 3 a chance on a 1-ton truck, and these guys completely lost it. A potential $70k+ sale. But you know what the worst part of this visit was? Not the pre-viewing interrogation. No... It was when we went outside to find a sales person to help me, and 5 different people were there saying they couldn't, wouldn't, with talk of not being able to take a half a deal with X, who doesn't even deserve 1% of the deal as he's done no work for me. He doesn't even know my name. I was not treated like a customer. I was treated as if I can only be helped by them if they are getting paid for that deal. I was a commodity that nobody wanted to touch unless they profited from it. That, to me, is an unbelievably reprehensible attitude for salespeople to have, and management is 100% to blame for that attitude. Going to head over to Sil-Terhar tomorrow to see if I can just look at a Ford F-350. If it ends up being the right vehicle, they might just get two sales out of me, as I've also been considering purchasing a Focus ST. read more

Good thing I purchased my truck before I read all the reviews. I was referred by friends who have purchased several vehicles from Gilbert. So I went and saw him as well. Absolutely LOVE him!! He took the time to explain everything to me and to make sure I was happy with the model before we went in to do paperwork. Paperwork was easy. Yes I still had to play the "game" with the billing dude to haggle a little; however, I felt I received a very fair offer for my trade in and the bottom price. Gilbert has called me at least 3 times since to make sure all is well, that I still love the truck, to thank me for the business, do I have any questions about it he can answer, etc. Since he knew I was a referral he called up my friends to thank them as well and sent them a gift. Had an accessory installed this weekend by their Service department that has a small issue with it I noticed. I'll take it back to them to remedy it but I don't anticipate any problems. My boyfriend (who's been out of town during this whole experience) was so impressed by Gilbert that we will definitely be back for any other vehicle needs we have in the future (he will be purchasing within a year). Go see Gilbert Martinez if you need to purchase a vehicle. Seriously. Can't say enough good things about him. read more

I haven't had a single issue with my truck since I bought it over 5 years ago. It is still running great, and I always take it to O'Meara for an oil change. I had "by far" the worst experience of a lifetime with the service department on Sept 2022. I took my 2022 F150 in for a oil change and 3 recall items. I also asked them to look at the grinding noise coming from front left of tire "I already paid to have fixed last year but noise is back" and during the day I was told that was no longer covered in warranty and that it's not even the same part causing the exact same noise. Once they told me it would be 407.00 to fix and the reason they did not cover it on warranty I was told truck was done if I am not going to pay to fix that part. So I came in at 3PM and was told they could not find my truck and they are looking for it. At 5:30PM they said they found the truck but no keys. At 7PM they told me they were going to give me a loaner and I need to come back tomorrow. I made it very clear I needed a pick up that can haul a generator and spill kits. Well, all they had was a Ranger that could not haul this generator. So I lost out on work and missed out on revenue by not having my truck. Came in next day, talked to Mark and he said that we will need to wait to see if the keys will show up "Wednesday TODAY" and they had a key fob made for me to operate my truck in the meantime. I got no call and tried calling them and got no reply today and I finally texted the one number they texted me from and got a response. But no action plan was made. I really hope I don't have to take another day off and or loose anymore money out of my pocket. I will keep this review updated with results as for right now, this is by FAR the worst service dept I have ever dealt with and I am the transportation business. read more

Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th.   Called late on the 26th, Nicolle told me they won't get it in for 3 to 5 business days.  I had to call on the 7th day to find out they were finally working on it.  I was without my truck for 10 days, for a 1/2 day repair. They don't give a flying "F" about you!   Their incompetence in scheduling is due to a lack of consideration for you. I'm 66 and this is by far the worst service I've experienced. read more

We had to take our motor home here for routine service. This is a shop that can handle the RV, and it had a recall on the Ford engine, so we had to take it here. Everyone seemed very professional from the Fleet Service Rep to the mechanic. The only problem was that we made an appointment early in the morning and was promised it would be done by the end of the day. No calls by late morning, so I called to make sure it was being worked on. The service advisor said it was in the process of being completed. I didn't receive a call after 3 pm, so we called again, and low and behold, it hadn't even been looked at yet. I really don't like misinformation. It ended up taking another day, so we had brake work done, and that took a full day. It was extremely expensive but it is an RV. They were very nice at pick up and the place is quite nice, but I was not happy with the runaround. We may or may not go back depending on the work to be completed. read more

Years ago I had my F-150 towed into O'Meara because it wouldn't start. They kept it for over a month. The brilliant highly qualified "auto mechanics" couldn't figure it out. Finally they decided to replace the computer (even though they still didn't understand what the problem was). I finally was able to drive it home. Between diagnostic fees and computer replacement - I was out $800! Within a couple days - - - the same problem - wouldn't start! I ran a hot wire straight from the battery to the starter and, sure enough, the starter wouldn't turn. "I" replaced the starter and never had another problem. The only area in which these people are competent in is ripping customers off!!! read more

I loved the excellent service provided by my QuickLane service center in Olympia, WA. I needed an oil change while visiting Denver & went to QuickLane, O'Meara Ford. Arrived 7:10a was told an hour-ish, 2 hours later it still wasn't on the rack. Meanwhile a service technician walked by with his carry out from Heidi's & customers are waiting. I was told there were 7 technicians that morning, mine would be next, but it wasn't the next as I watched 2 others driven into service bays. I canceled the service - soo - if you have over 2 hours minimum to wait - otherwise - don't go - nothing Quick about it. I'd give it a 0 if I could. Very disappointing. read more

The Service department has missed diagnosed my vehicle twice, both times adding up to over $10,000 in repairs. One of the repairs has been made over five times unsuccessfully. Each time, there is a different excuse and each time my truck comes back dirty and lacking fuel. Each time I've gotten it from the shop I find spare parts. After changing for turbos, they finally went with wine that was not remanufactured. But I was charged full price? I own a car service in Westminster and have for 18 years. O'Meara has done a massive amount of work on my fleet over the years and has always done a respectable job. I have easily had more than 50 service calls with O'Meara. I just took in my personal car, as I have for 18 years, and something has clearly changed. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The only positive part was the nice old gentleman in a suit who offers you coffee. After that, they start turning the screws and you do not matter to them. My car was not running correctly so I called O'Meara, as I always have. They made absolutely no effort to get me seen in a timely manner. That was fine. I was not in a terrible hurry. The service fella, Allen, called me a couple of times letting me know what was up. I appreciated that. They fixed my car in a timely manner at what I consider a ridiculous price but I did not say one word about it. I just told them to fix it. That is what I have always done. I don't bitch about the price. I trusted and have always trusted that they would take care of me. Just prior to picking up my car, I called, waited on hold for 27 minutes, and asked that they check my AC as it was not working. During my hold, I was treated very rudely by Sara, the woman who answers the phone. Once I was finally able to get through to Allen, I was told it would cost $149 just to look at it. That is thievery. I told them to never mind even though I would have had them repair it regardless of the cost, as I always have. This is a perfect example of a company that once did well and earned a good reputation only to have it ruined by a staff that does not give one ounce about you. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid O'Meara Ford at all costs. Go to absolutely any other dealership or mechanic in the area. The owners of O'Meara Ford should be ashamed of what has become of their operation. read more

Quick Lane is t very quick. Called in the morning to schedule an oil change and was told no need to make an appointment. Arrive to be told that it would be 4-5 hour wait. Will not be coming back. If you have a quick lane have enough staff or prioritize your work to service the quick lane customers. 2 stars for lauryn and one older gentleman I don't know his name he is hispanic, adorable and super sweet and funny...entertained me while I waited on my car in the service department. first off, I've been going to this location for service to my vehicle for about a year (I did not purchase my car here) and the 3 times I've taken it in I have not been impressed with the level of professionalism at all. First time I got an oil change here I noticed that they did not fill any of my fluids or fill my tires with air. Now, this may not be their "job" but other places I've gone they have taken very good care of me and have gone above and beyond ESPECIALLY when my car is being serviced there. So I guess the 3rd time is supposed to be a charm? Not in this case...3rd time I had a manufacturer recall and took my car in to get that fixed...mind you i had just gotten an oil change a week beforehand explaining how my tires kept going low...they offered to repair the tires at that time for a $25 fee and I declined because My tire guys do that for me for free. When I picked up my car that time both tires were low, they didn't air them up...even after I told them about it...this time when I picked my car up my tires were so low that one of them was going flat...they just ignored my tires altogether, I realize that the service department guys are not tire guys but are they blind? I didn't say anything because I felt like I'd be better off taking my business somewhere else and writing a review instead. If you want to pay more and receive less than mediocre service, then get your car serviced here, but if you want to save money and receive excellent service I'd highly recommend going to a more reputable place. These people are lazy and actions speak to me much louder than words...I did notice that there a lot of older gentleman working here over 60...maybe it's time to retire for some of you? We all start to slow down as we age and maybe if you've lost your drive or spunk it's time to get out on the lake and sit in your boat while fishing? Everything else was working fine on it then I go and pick it up and the speedometer isn't working so then they said I needed to leave it over night because the mechanic went home that was working on it. Get a call the next day telling my the cluster is broken and needs to be replaced and that it wasn't cause anything they did. After I left, they contacted me twice telling me they had other interested parties in the car I was looking at and better act fast. The sales person never even turned the car engine on for me and I had to ask him to do everything. Can I enter the Car? Can you pop the hood, etc. What buyer just buys a car outright without doing initial groundwork? I have had done about three oil changes here and had no problems. Lauryn is a sweetheart and I love her. However, on July 28, 2017 I scheduled an appointment to get a recall notice done. They couldn't get me in until September, but it's just a recall for door locks or something, so I think it's fine. I drop it off first thing on September 25th, around 7am with RICHARD. I ask him how much a remote start would be to install, just for information to do later down the road. He says he will check and I am just standing there and he is ignoring me. So I ask if I should come back or wait? He looks at me like I am an idiot or an alien, and says he won't know how much a remote start is until he talks to a technician. OKAY...Richard is super rude, short with me, not friendly or nice, but I think it's okay because I don't need my a$$ kissed like some customers. Fast forward....It's around 5:45 pm that night and I am worried that I haven't heard anything. But they said end of day, so I think it's fine. I call the dealership and the nice desk clerk lady answers and said that all the mechanics are gone for the day, so there is no way I am getting my car back that night. I asked and she said yes, it is strange that no one called to notify me. So, thank goodness I work graveyard shift and didn't need my car first thing in the morning. I wake up around noon next day and have a text saying that my car is taking longer than expected. I then call the dealership and they STILL HAVE NOT YET EVEN STARTED working on it. I've had this appointment for months and dropped it off before 8 am!!! They could not explain why no one called me to tell me I wasn't going to get my car or why my car wasn't being worked on yet. I tell them to immediately get my car ready because Im coming to get it. I will say that the manager did offer to provide a rental car, but could not even tell me when they would even start on my car! I said no way, if they couldn't even let me know the status of my car to begin with. They have this big phone number on all the doors for customer service. I called that number and left I don't even know how many messages. They never answer it. I did have a lady call me back a couple times, but like I said, I work graveyard shift. Finally she stopped calling me back. Avoid Omeara Ford at all costs. I love you Lauryn, but you need out girl. Worst customer service! 3 days to get an oil change that was supposed to occur on the same day it was brought in, incomplete paperwork, no viable communication from the service department, had to wait 1 1/2 hours to pick it up after the work was supposedly completed. With their service this bad I would hate to see what their sales are like. Never going back as no one needs this much hassle for an oil change. read more
