I put my items back on the shelf and walked out, then came back at 11am and guess what? Still the same person working the counter, and four people in line. I put my items back on the shelf and informed another person looking at car detailing items that he would be standing in line for 1/2 hour if he wanted to by that item. I walked out, I don't need to put up with a franchise that can't keep employees. Qualified auto parts counter people are hard to come by and need to be paid accordingly, looks like the Mount Vernon O'Reilly Auto Parts doesn't understand that.

But the A/C was working flawlessly before the service and failed the moment I got the car back. They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage. I'm extremely disappointed in both the service and the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a Subaru dealership. Subaru of America has been no help either--completely useless.
