    One of the worst customer services companies in Texas!…read more I became acquainted with this outfit a few months ago when one of their tractor trailer drivers nearly ran me and several other drivers off the road on I-35. The driver was cutting in and out of lanes without signaling and tailgating other vehicles to the point of being right on their bumpers. Again, keep in mind this is a tractor trailer driver we're talking about. Seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or some other controlled substance. When I called the company to express my concerns, I was directed to the transportation manager who failed to answer, so I left a voice mail requesting a call back. My call was never returned. About a week later, I left another voice mail referencing the reckless behavior of the semi driver and again the message was ignored. So then I paid a personal visit to their business and asked to see this so-called transportation manager. I spoke to one of their employees who essentially laughed at me and told me to mind my own business. Didn't give two licks that one of their drivers nearly caused a multi vehicle pileup on the freeway. Told him this and he bellowed I had no right to tell them how to run their business. What a joke this company is! No regard whatsoever for the safety of the general public nor do they even present themselves professionally. Saw another employee treat an elderly gentleman in their store very rudely while I was there. No reason whatsoever to ever patronize this clown show of a business!

It was same day service, within 3 hours of my call. I can't ask for more responsiveness than that. The inspection resulted in me not purchasing the vehicle and while that was disappointing, I was pleased with the information that Mateo presented. He was thorough, pleasant and informative. Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

    I wish I could give them ZERO. I bought a life time…read morewarranty. When my watch stopped, I took it to them expecting that they are going to be professional. They did not honor the warranty. Asked me to pay for new battery. I did pay them for a new battery. While I was on my phone, they gave me my watch back, charged me, and said that they have replaced the battery. The watch stopped after two hours. I went there today. And they told me the watch has old seiko factory installed battery. But I bought a new battery from them yesterday and lid for it. So yesterday while I was on my phone, he charged me for new battery, but knowingly on purpose did not out the new battery but put the old battery in. Today the employee/owner told me that he does not have time to discuss this issue with me since he is going for lunch. These people are thieves, they do this intentionally. Dont do any business with them. Their business model is to sell you life time warranty for more money. Knowingly very well that they will not honor it and the customer will be forced to pay again. That's their business model. They know this very well. If you have had the same issues, please post your experience. While I am not worried about the amount. I wanted to bring it to everyone's notice that I did not know that this kind of dishonesty exists today.

The man working the front desk was extremely attentive and fast. When he was done changing the battery, he told me to go to my car and check to make sure it worked and that the alert on my dashboard was gone. I came back in, paid, and was on my way. It's rare to find good, fast customer service these days!
