Just seems like an older location that perhaps hasn't been as maintained as much as it could've been. It's always extremely busy during peak morning hours (7-9) but the staff they have on is usually pretty good at keeping the line moving and getting you on your way. They are always pleasant as well. Overall a decent location that I will more than likely continue to stop at when I'm in the area.
