My big screen TV died exactly two months after the warranty ended. Other than buying a new one, we want to responsibly recycle the broken TV. Online searches led us to here. I always have some hesitation coming to a private business such as this instead of, say, a King County transfer station. Will they have hidden fees, will they try to sell you something, will they point to a bin and tell us (not strong people) to fit it in somehow??? Well, let me tell you how EASY it was. We arrived and parked. We walked in and said we like to recycle a flat screen TV. He said, "No problem. I'll even help you unload." My jaw dropped a bit. We filled out a single line on a form. We opened the trunk. This taller and stronger than us guy singlehandedly took the TV out of our car, brought it inside, and gently placed it standing vertically on its edge in an open-top box lending against another big screen TV. That was it. Free! No cost! I was so shocked at how easy it was that I forgot to take any pictures. He was brilliant. Thank you!

It is a common bike so this was fairly straight forward. The man on the phone asked me some clarifying questions and after a minute let me know they had the battery. I let him know I would be in on Saturday morning. I arrived at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday May 19. I was approached by an employee and asked what could he help me with. I responded with the information on my bike. At that time another employee came over and began talking about how many variables existed and he couldn't tell me what battery I needed. He also asked me if I had looked at the battery. I said I had and he walked me down an aisle of batteries and asked me if I saw what it looked like. I said that isn't how I want to identify the proper battery and I will go elsewhere. I did go to the Interstate battery shop off of 128th in S. Everett. I spoke with the employee and he sold me the proper battery which was promptly installed. Pacific Power Batteries appears to have a wide variety of batteries as I can verify since I was shown the aisle of motorcycle batteries and asked to pick the one that matched. No idea of the price of a battery since no one consulted a parts catalog. The man the previous day gave me a price.

I accepted a refund on shipping as "the only refund they would consider.". CC used for this purchase was compromised the next day and my number was sold as evident by the number of fraudelent charges. This charge was the only charge within months at an establishment that wasn't a regular. would never do business here again.
