And then in another week, both parts broke and the blade came off. S*** happens. What matters to me a lot is how the business responds. I took the blade in and showed Tyler that it was broken. Without my even asking, he said it would be replaced. When I explained that I thought it broke because it was installed without an adapter. He agreed. Replaced and installed two new blades. And is the first person (of 4) putting new blades on this car who figured out immediately how the adapter worked. I go out of my way to go to this store. Before they installed it they showed me one in the back of the shop that they had just finished and I noticed that it did not sit in the truck level mainly in the front of the box right behind the cab. I asked the owner why it did not sit level and he told me there was a rubber pad in the front that it rest on and it would level out over time. That was a total lie!!! There is no rubber pads at all in the installation process! When I explained to him my concerns he told me that they'll just take it out and charge me for everything and send me on my way with nothing! I have called multiple companies that sell this insert all around the United States and Canada. The dump bed that I purchased was manufactured incorrectly and cannot be fixed. I have over $50,000 invested in my truck and this dump bed and it looks absolutely horrible and I'm at a loss of what to do next?

When I arrived at the shop, no one knew anything about tires or anything about my car showing up there. After waiting 30+ minutes, I went inside to ask about my tires only to be yelled & screamed at by employees threatening to "never have taken my car in" and "don't call their shop again".
