However, it appears the staff didn't even bother to check my fluid levels as requested and supposedly part of the 75 dollar service. Two weeks later, my engine light came on due to low coolant. When I returned, the assistant manager took responsibility, apologized, and added coolant at no extra cost. To others, I'd advise being proactive - when asking for a specific check, like coolant levels, ask the technician to show you the levels and explain the check process. Also, confirm what's included in the service and get it in writing before paying to avoid similar issues." This will help ensure that your requests are taken care of and give you peace of mind knowing the service was performed correctly.
