When I brought this to the shop's attention, attaching official data sheets, Kendall's response email, and compatibility concerns, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Their responses were consistently short, dismissive, and unprofessional. I received multiple replies with no greeting, no name, and no attempt to address the core issue. Instead of discussing solutions (which I offered several times, including a fluid replacement or partial refund), they repeatedly deflected and eventually stopped engaging altogether. Despite the shop stating in their own records that metal shavings were present, a clear indication of wear, they opted to use a non-recommended fluid. I raised the issue immediately, and although they admitted to removing and reinstalling the compressor during the repair, they claimed it wasn't their fault. Now I'm being told it will cost $3,500 to fix because metal was found in the system, supposedly ruining the compressor. But the A/C was working flawlessly before the service and failed the moment I got the car back. They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage. I'm extremely disappointed in both the service and the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a Subaru dealership. Subaru of America has been no help either--completely useless. I will never buy another Subaru, and I'll certainly never return to this location.

The check engine light was on and they agreed to fix it, I brought it up a few days later to have it checked out, they said they would have to order the part (a new computer!?) and I'd have to bring it back up in a week or so. Later on I opened up the trunk, they'd found the floor mats and put them in there for us, nice! They fixed the computer, the break light in the window, and got it done earlier than expected. I picked up the mail today and found the owners manual, the original sales invoice from their dealership, and two extra keys, totally unexpected but very appreciated!
