So came here on June 18 around 9am to order a transmission for a tempo. Talked to Christian who was helpful and respectful. I had to come back twice since i didn't have the information that i needed for the car. I needed mileage and vin number. It didn't really take long to order it so it came out to be around 1,086 or so for transmission and $250 fee until we bring the old transmission. Pus i got a battery for the car also. and some other stuff i bought... So in total it came out to be $1576.82..................I'll correct all this when i find the receipt I was told at max it would take 7 days to get it delivered to the store. The following Sunday I came and asked what the update was on the transmission and I was told that the manufacturer was delaying. So I kept my cool and said okay, I'll call tomorrow so they can call the manufacturer or whatever because it was closed Sunday. I didn't call but my father went and checked what the update was, they told him next week on Monday on the 3rd of July. My father went and when same thing happened he was told that it would arrive this Wednesday. Well when my patience is tested, you lose my business. So when i get the chance I am walking into that store and canceling the order. Taking my money and business elsewhere. Bye read more

Raul is amazing! We came at 7pm and wanted to purchase a battery. They have a policy that if they don't have enough coverage in the store, they cannot install the battery for you. But Raul made sure he helped us all the way through, he helped me figure out which battery I have to purchase, gave me 3 options instead of just making a sale and installed it for me super fast. I stopped in yesterday to buy some better headlights. The guy that helped me brought me 2 options, which I thought was cool because one was a bit more expensive but better quality. I didn't feel pressured into buying the more expensive one, but I did anyway. When I asked if they would put them in for me, the other guy chimed in and said he would do it. He showed me that there was a clip that had to come off before the light popped out. Then I asked if he could get the door off of my fuse box that I had managed to get stuck. He fixed that and showed me what I had done to get it stuck. I was happy with my purchase and the fact that the guy took the time to show me how to fix both of my issues. read more

Really bad custumer service people there dont have a sense of bussines, talk to christian to get a hose witch didnt have it and send me to Hatch to get it, i when there and they didnt have i call back to the store and Stebee answer the phone tell her about the hose and I am ask to talk to Christian she said Christian was in the office and and She Put me on HOLD. I Wait for more then 25min on HOLD and Stephane The Store manager in charge Pick the Phone up,explain the situation and I ask to talk to Christian she put on HOLD over 10min she pick the phone again to tell me the Christian Just step out of the store and if i want it the hose i need to pick it up in AUTOZONE because she couldnt help me after 44min in the phone with them I didnt know what happend here but i am upset due to how they employees handle situations putting people in hold and then leave you there and still not give you any anwsers to what happen thats really rude read more

This is the worst O'Reilly's store. Customer service is horrible. Especially one employee named Brandon. He was very rude because he had to hang up a personal call to do his job. He tried to over charge me and played dumb when I asked him about it. This happened twice! Then made a remark about how all Mexicans steal to another employee. Do not shop at this store!
