Donny helped me to look up the correct wipers and then after completing our transaction, he offered to put them on the car. He noticed the wiper mechanism itself was loose and needed to be tightened up, so he returned to the store to grab the correct tool. A few minutes later I was good to go. A++ for customer service. It's rare to bring a car in for an inspection in the morning, and take a new car home in the afternoon, but that's what happened to me. It wasn't a complete surprise, just a little sooner than I expected. Todd was very friendly and helpful when I approached him early in the day with questions and the disclaimer "I'm not looking to buy a car right now I just want to compare 2 models for future reference." When I returned to the sales floor later he was incredibly patient as I navigated a purchase I wasn't quite prepared for. Todd was very informative about the options I was considering, and really won the day (and the sale) when the specific vehicle he brought over for me to check out was basically my dream car. I saw him approach that "autumn green metallic" Forester Wilderness and I knew I didn't stand a chance at resisting! When I came to take possession of the car Todd enthusiastically went over all the bells and whistles with me so I could be confident driving off the lot. He even made sure to show me how to turn off the features I didn't want. There's more I could say but you get the idea. I also MUST shout out to Tina, Ellen, and Buddy in the service department. I'm so glad the new owners kept them on bc they're the heart of this place. Thanks Buddy for waiving the cost of the inspection repairs I came in for that were done before I realized I was getting a new car.

He treated me like a child and was very unhelpful. At the end of the day, this ended up being a blessing in disguise because I now drive a Lexus and have never been happier. The service and reliability is much better than what I experienced with Subaru. I am a salesman myself and cannot believe how disrespectful and dismissive Phil was to a longstanding Subaru customer. One day later went to ruges Dodge to complain in person . Online it says they open at 8:30 on the door it says they open at 9:00 I went in at 9:00 and the nice lady working the sales desk told me the manager comes in usually around 10:00 . She said the person I was emailing was their internet salesperson which doesn't matter to me I was just trying to buy a car . Maybe my review is in the wrong place but the car was on their lot that I was looking to buy. This is not my first interaction with this dealership I had left my information 4 or 5 years ago to purchase a vehicle and I had received no response and bought my car somewhere else . They responded a year later asking me if I was still in the market for a vehicle . Probably a new salesman just reaching old contacts . Anyhow that was my experience .

Went in with my husband on a Friday. Set it up with Joby for them to order and install truck…read moreairbags and spray the bed liner. They told us to drop it off for two days the following week. Scheduled for Thurs-Fri. We paid them a $500 deposit at that time to order the airbags. Before drop off already getting phone calls to go over again what was needed to be sprayed even though the sales man and another employee who does the spraying came out to the truck on day one and we went over everything. We drop the truck off Wednesday night. Thursday got a call from the service manager asking me again what I wanted sprayed and also that my truck was not scheduled to be there and that they were "accommodating me the best they could". They told me on Thursday that they didn't have the airbags and they thought they might come in Friday. Bottom line about this, in my opinion, they never ordered the airbags on day one like they said. Personal opinion here as well the staff dead not sympathetic to the issues and offered no assistance in resolving this, in any way. They spoke to me like my time meant nothing, like i didn't drive over an hour out of my way for this. And that now I am going elsewhere for the airbags. After all of this the following day I called a local competitor who was very sympathetic and apologized that I had to go through that. They told me that they would be "more than happy to pick up where HTT left off". That they could have the airbags guaranteed within two days just like HTT had said. That's why I'm sure they did not order the airbags on the Friday I came in. A competitor can get it in two days but HTT it's over a week? Doesn't add up. Also... a bit sloppy on the bed liner. I had to explain several times what I needed done. Step surfaces and interior bed. See photos. Over spray, touch up brush work that doesn't look good, paint where it shouldn't be. Over scuffed my diamond aluminum plate. I told the sales man Joby that i had an 11ft body but because of the thru box it was only an 8ft bed, but when he quoted me I was still quoted for an 11ft bed plus extra gallons to spray the bumper. And when I brought this up at the payment time they ended up billing me for an 11ft bed no extra gallons. I assume this was the more expensive rate vs 8ft bed with a couple gallons. HTT lacks any empathy for customers time, money, and even getting repeat business because I for one am never coming back nor anyone else from my company. -judging by the other reviews I've read on this and other sites seems like the company/owner does not care at all in the moment but is ready to comment and try to save face in reviews after the customer is long gone. Do not be fooled.

I was warmly greeted by several longer-haired dogs at the door (who later accepted me as I exited - shows you what a little petting can do to a dog, after they sniffed my dog from my sneakers) and those employees I encountered I was able to mention how I heard an advertisement and was able to look around. I thought I'd be able to find things that could cross over from Polaris items to cars. I sort-of thought it would turn out the way it did, but was hoping for the best and I to be wrong. The store seems littered with Polaris ski-doos and similar yard mulchers galore, and when you add in the number of helmets they have in the one area to the few tires and other Polaris accessories on the walls, I really didn't find anything I could really use and chose to leave.)
