My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me. This was awesome he was wearing the O'Reilly green and was an excellent example of being an awesome human and representation of the Corporation. read more

What can I say about this store? If I can give this star way more stars I would I'm not the type to leave reviews but most definitely the best store I've ever been to hands-down my car broke down. I'm a female alone 4 hours away from home by the grace of God, I met the store manager. I'm sorry I forget his name, one of the best human beings I've ever met he did way more than just help me. This is my to go O'Reillys even though it's not in my area. Ivy (little short white bomb a** looking girl) is super helpful and genuine. I went in to get my alternator/battery tested due to a lack of charge. She did her thing and was always very friendly and courteous. Battery turned out bad and she helped me choose a decent and affordable battery. Different battery options ranging in price and quality and she wasn't one of those associates pushing for a big sale. She gave me my options and explained them and the differences and I went with a middle option per say. While I was there Ivy also informed me of current promos and so I walked out of the door with a oil change and a few other vehicle chemicals such as a fuel additive and wax after I explained that the truck doesn't get driven a whole lot and sits on the curb. If anyone is ever in the area give this place a shot and look for Ivy. The other staff seems cool to but I just haven't had the chance to interact with them. read more

O'Reilly's is more than an auto parts store! They treated lil ol me like family. More specifically, Austin treated me as a lil sister and took the time to check out what type of tool I'd need to put fancy frames around my license plate. Going over and way beyond his scope of duty, he walked over to his truck and took out the tool needed for the replacement. I was shocked and he was like, "no no it's no problem." He proceeded to tackle the problem. In the end, I was given great advice and that in itself showed that he cared for his customer. His heart, intention and attention to detail are qualities of a great customer service associate that O'Reilley's Auto Part Store should be proud of. I'll be back and I won't be intimidated by what I don't know. I feel comfortable knowing that I can ask anyone there for assistance. read more

I went to this branch to replace my break pads since I have a life time warranty for it. Diana said that I need the original packaging and a receipt. I told her that the other branch just use my phone number to check the computer. She said that she needs the part number. So I told her that I will just go to the other branch since she do not know what she is saying. The other branch replaced my break pads without any questions. The branch I went to after here is on Brookhurst and Ball. Please educate Diana regarding your policies. read more

Horrible customer service. The manager is lame and unwilling to help. It takes forever to check out when there are other people in the back and only one working the register. They don't fully charge your battery just enough to tell you if it's good or not but don't tell you that when you drop it off. read more

Worst Oreilly I been to to start off the workers look unprofessional with ripped jeans and shirts that are untucked . Went in to ask about an oil I need for my oil change and the manger said all the oils are on that aisle . He didn't even let me tell him what car or model . I've been going to oreilys for years because of customer service but the manger at this store did not care. The girl there also attitude . Oreilly needs to look who they have as managers because this is not ok. Thank you uziel for the worst service ! read more

Holy crap, i went to get a exchange done today and was told that they couldn't do it because their system was unable to do it. He could have manually done it as it happened before, but the fact that i had to drive further away just to get a exchange is trash.
