First off keeping the customer informed on a regular basis would go a long way. The quality of work performed was not very good, mismatched paint was not expected. The pilar posts being damaged is unacceptable. I could bring the new car luster could not be buffed out. I had to by new covers for the Pilar's to cover the damage. The issue of overspray in the engine compartment and interior of the car was unexceptionable and required many hours to remove it. As for the cost or value of the repairs done were mediocre at best. I took my car to O'Reilly Collision Center because I was having electrical issues, and they told me they had a specialist who could handle it. Eli, the manager, assured me he'd take care of everything. I signed the work authorization and left my car right before closing, after driving nearly 2 hours to get it there. From the start, communication was terrible. When I dropped off the car, it took 45 minutes just to speak to someone. I was passed around from person to person until I was finally sent to Eli. After that, I couldn't get a straight answer -- neither I nor my insurance could reach him for weeks. A month later, he finally called back and said the parts were on the way. That gave me the impression my electrical issues were being fixed, just like they promised. Then, my insurance company accidentally sent the payout to me. Trying to do the right thing, I paid Eli directly, even though I'd now been without a car for over two months. Then I got a call from a new mechanic who said the car was almost ready -- only to later tell me they had no idea what was wrong with the electrical system and had only fixed cosmetic damage. That was never what I brought my car in for, and I never authorized that work. They said the estimator believed it was accident-related -- but they never even ran a diagnostic before charging me and my insurance. Eventually, another manager, Albert, got involved and offered a complimentary diagnostic -- but only AFTER I had already been charged and waited months. Throughout this whole time, I received no updates, no emails, no calls. Just silence. It's now been 4 months, I still don't have a fully fixed car, and I lost my job because I had no vehicle. O'Reilly Collision Center took my money, ignored my real issue, did unauthorized repairs, and left me worse off than when I started. If they had told me from the beginning they couldn't fix electrical problems, I would've taken my car elsewhere. I'm now being forced to take them to small claims court to get my deductible and repair money back. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind. read more

The "high quality work" they praise upon is not worth the long time they kept my vehicle. They initially said "two weeks" and had it much longer than that. The work they did is okay, but other collision shop would have done the same work for much less time. Also had other issues with communication, rudeness, and getting a hold of managers. If you can, avoid this place and just go somewhere else. read more

Do not bring your car here! They lack communication. They called me 2 times in a span of 6 weeks . The only way I got any updates about my car was me calling and bugging to get information. It was hard for me to get a straight answer and seems like the story was always changing. It took forever and a day to get my car back. You can tell they don't care about their customers... I did try to get my car moved, but didn't have the extra money to pay a tow truck to take it anywhere else because I was paying for a rental car for 6 plus weeks. read more

These guys are beyond disappointing. They've had my car 2 times for a total of 10 weeks and it STILL isn't complete. I had warranty issues as well that I wanted addressed while they had it and they didn't resolve 1. The repairs they said they did weren't done. I was told that they would follow up in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I had to get nasty to get my car back in. They had it for a month this last time and it will have to go back again. One of the things they did was get overspray on the entire car. It looks like they used sandpaper to get it off. Totally destroyed the paint on my new car. Short story long, if your car is just transportation, you'll probably like these guys. If you have a nice car and think it's a work of art on wheels, find someone else. The driver's side power adjustable mirror on my 2007 Nissan Frontier was damaged during a severe hail storm in July 2022. I submitted an insurance claim and was referred to the Green Valley O'Reilly shop to complete the repair, which was to be fully covered under my comprehensive coverage. O'Reilly ordered a replacement mirror which arrived defective and could not be installed. The 2nd mirror they ordered for me was wrong because it did not have a power connection. The 3rd mirror they received was also wrong. It fit the passenger side, not the driver's side. I finally gave up and purchased a mirror myself and found another shop to install it in May, 2023, almost a year after the whole process began. read more

Horrendous customer service with no accountability taken by the manager for multiple mishaps.

We were referred by our insurance company to O'Reilly who scheduled our only car for repair on July 11, 2022, and we were told in would be finished in 1 week. The first problem was going to Green Valley, AZ office, not knowing that they do not repair there but truck the vehicles to Tucson, (about 40 miles away). I borrowed a car at 1pm on July 13, and they had not even started on it or submitted their estimate to my insurance company. Two and one half weeks later we finally got our car back. It was delays, lies, and major frustration. Our insurance company was frustrated also because his contacts with them were confusing and inconclusive. He even offered to pay for part of a rental car after 2 weeks because we did not have rental insurance. The repair looks fine, but we would not want anyone else to suffer our experience with them. read more

These guys are frauds. I brought my car in for body work after someone hit my brand new car, and the whole process was a nightmare. The had my car for over a month, and they lied about the parts they used. I asked for genuine manufacturer parts and they charged the insurance for NEW genuine parts according to the invoice, but I discovered later that they actually installed USED/salvage parts on my vehicle. The work was sloppy, careless and rushed. They caused more damage than it had when I brought it in. Absolute nightmare of an experience! read more

Worst experience of my life. Went in for a not at fault rear end. As they had completely disassembled my vehicle to get a quote they were unable to put back together for me to take it to a professional body shop unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. The quote was seriously exaggerated and I ended up paying out of pocket anyway. When I went to pick up my vehicle, which I had to wait an extra weekend because it was being "cleaned", the residue and powder inside was ridiculous. Mind you I am still paying out of pocket for my rental. My whole display, radio, back up camera was not working. All of the items from my trunk were sitting on my leather seats leaving unsightly divots. I wanted out of this nightmare so bad that I took the hit on the chin and just left having to wash my own car and find a way to fix my own leather. Karma works in weird ways and ill let this incident go but not without sharing my horrible experience. If you have the option of using a different body shop please, please save yourself the trouble of using this facility. 24 days and over a 1,000 out of pocket I finally got my car back in less than satisfactory condition. read more

I recently had my 2014 Mercedes CLS63 repaired at O'Rielly. They needed to replace the rear bumper and fix the exhaust, among other things. I was amazed at the result! The car looks brand new. They even did a full detail on the car, wash, vacuum, etc. It hasn't look so good since the day I bought it. Thank you O'Rielly for taking such great care of my car. read more

Run!!! Customer service and quality is non-existent at O'Rielly Collision! Why do I constantly have to stay on top of people I'm paying to look after my interests, as if they were doing it for free?! Dissatisfied to say the least! Thanks for such poor care of my vehicle O'Reilly Collision! Don't ask for Joe or Brian - they're all talk! They care more about their relationship with Allstate than the customer! Dirty gloves in my car, nice new dent/scratch, back of seat falling apart, and dirty side runners, damage to my interior lift gate....BUT my car was "clean and ready for pick up"... yeah, right! Total BS! It is obvious that this shop's priority is NOT the customer. They primarily want to deal with the insurance company, so they can get paid and then you waste time coming back to have things fixed that weren't originally an issue OR should have been addressed the first time. My car has been at the O'Reilly Collison Center since 1/10/20. It is now 3/4/20 and still don't have my vehicle fixed and keep getting the run around on when it will be fixed. I was pretty impressed by the service here at O'Rielly Collision Center. It's a little hard to find but you enter from the Sears side of the lot to get to the office. Because they have an Enterprise on the lot it was extremely seamless to drop my car off and pick up my rental. However, keep in mind you might wait a bit to get helped if you drop it off on a Monday morning. Not five stars because I had to bring my car back because the odometer was turned off, so that was a little irksome, but overall a good experience. I worked with Walter who was thorough, and followed up frequently with me. read more
