I literally had to drive down to the store and asked them if the cutting machine was working, which they replied no. They said I can take it down to the honolulu store and get it cut. They should fill to 4.5 gallons and no less if you have a 5 gallon tank. If they fill to only 4 gallons and tell you its because your tank is old, dont believe it. I found out from Airgas Kapōlei (808) 692-0432 that when your tank is empty it weighs 20 pounds and when its full it weighs 38 pounds or close to 4.5 gallons. 17 pounds of propane is added to your empty tank. Aloha LP Gas charges $20.00 to fill a 5 gallon which cant be beat so far on the West Side.

Fast forward next day we return the truck and an hour later get a $165 bill when it really should have been around $90 but they charged us for them putting gas even though we filled it up to just about 1/4 tank right before we returned it!!!! Then when we came back to ask about this bill the lady that was working on the desk in the left hand corner was giving us straight attitude!! Even raising her voice like she somebody!! Aiiya‍ horrible service. My husband was already heated b/c of her attitude especially after she said she can't do nothing about the gas fees, so I took it upon myself to call U-Haul directly and get this sorted out and gave them a mouthful of this lady who needs to be fired. AND not to mention the truck was a piece of trash dirty back, no ac, and had a very hard time getting up makakilo. Just avoid this place and go to Penske they are way better, cheaper, cleaner and have better customer service.
