Not knowing anything about what tire I am supposed to get, I accidentally booked an appointment with the wrong tire. So.... Then I realized that I cannot cancel online and need to CALL TO CANCEL! So I call back... and was told that I had to get connected to the Tire department to cancel!!! So yeah.. again.. I called multiple times and could not get to the tire department. AND OF COURSE COURSE THEY HAD TO CALL ME BACK WHEN I STEPPED OUT TO CHECK MAIL! UGH!!!!
