The female working behind the counter tonight needs to go. I heard her name is Lacey. She is terrible. I never spoke one word to Lacey yet she yelled at me every chance she got. I had the most delightful server, Cheyenne, who was getting off shift. I asked Cheyenne if I could tab out so I could tip her. Lacey freaked out and started shouting "she'll get her tips!" I was stunned and said "ok, but I'd still like to tab out now." Cheyenne tabbed me out and I tipped her even more after that manic episode from Lacey. I was having a great time until Lacey showed up. A nice, clean and modern place to grab a cocktail. The service was slow when we were there on a Wednesday night but there was only one server and there were about 3 groups of people. It was worth the wait though because the cocktails were delicious and hand crafted. I had the world's fair and my husband had the whiskey sour. We only stayed for one as we were going to watch a movie but I would definitely come again. They also have whiskey flights and a whiskey customizaton experience. read more

Oak and eaten is a very cool whiskey bar that is in Clear Fork. Julian is great! He's very nice and knowledgeable. They also have a whiskey, tasting experience where you taste all sorts of different combinations of whiskey, and then get to take home your favorite combination in a bottle. It's difficult to describe, but it's definitely worth the experience. And for all those non whiskey drinkers, they do have wine, gin, and vodka. read more

Fives stars for vibe, service, and drinks! We've come here a handful of times since they opened, and we love it! It's fairly small, mostly quiet, upscale, and a good vibe overall. The staff are always super super-super friendly. It's very laid back, O&E is still small enough to get a unique experience you'd never get at another bourbon bar. There's a handful of bourbon options, and a sizeable list of cocktails (bourbon and not bourbon) so great place for a little date night drink. They also offer a bourbon customization experience where you sample quite a few options to create your perfect combo (I think they said there's like 180 variations or something) They don't really have food offerings, so plan around that accordingly. Back at Oak and Eden!!! We try to go atleast every other month. The menu changes and we delight at the opportunity to try the new drinks. They have even added a couple of snacks now in case fit dint eat before. You better put something on your stomach because the drinks are strong. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, they carefully craft every drink with fresh ingredients so be prepared to be patient if it's crowded..but it's all worth it! Happy to have this new addition to the Clearfork area, as locals we frequent this popular shopping/dining area quite often. Shortly after opening its doors, I treated my husband to a couple of rounds prior to a celebratory dinner at a nearby restaurant. Great layout, pretty atmosphere, timeless interior, and great Oak and Eden bourbons. My husband is more of a scotch lover but I'm glad we popped in to at least try this new spot. The staff was super nice, the drinks were tasty, so no real complaints. Just take note that there is no food service here but it is surrounded by multiple dining options. I docked Oak & Eden one star only because the glasses had an odd smell to them. Again, we came here shortly after they opened so maybe they were still getting to know the dishwasher system ‍. It won't stop us from coming back for a second try. We do intend to book an experience when our out-of-state family visits later this fall. read more

The whiskey sour was top notch andy wife had a great drink I can't recall the name and it tasted like orange Julius. This is a newer bar in the area and I was super impressed. We stopped in for drinks before dinner and every drink was a 5/5. The bartenders really knew their stuff, made great recommendations, and all the drinks were delicious. The solar flare (spicy cocktail) and the espresso cocktail were my favorite! So the good, cool little spot with nice outdoor seating, and the mixed drinks were tasty. The bad...we had a reservation for a custom whiskey making. They started on a bad note by making us wait 20 minutes past our scheduled time. They didn't offer us a drink or snack just a "We'll let you know when we're ready." When we got in, the instructor (who may be very knowledgeable about whiskey) was not kind and welcoming and made us feel very small. When you are compelled to tip $30 a person for an hour long experience the service should be exceptional. The service falls well short here. I can recommend having a drink at the bar, but I would not recommend doing the "experience". read more

They make an awesome old fashion along with an array of drinks that don't begin to describe all the flavors they offer. He had created a drink for my wife and a few other patrons that he was thinking about adding to the next menu when it changes and it was amazing. Based on what you are in the mood for sweet, strong, bitter sour etc. they have it or can make it. Excellent drinks with a cool laid back ambiance a place you can't beat. Prices are very fair considering everything is made in house and it's fresher than fresh. High quality ingredients to pair with high quality service. The place is nice and all and the drinks were good but this experience was amazing simply because of the Shia, Dee, and Laci. We went in celebrating my sons 21st birthday. They were so awesome, helpful, friendly, and just kind. We had so much fun. I can't even tell you how amazing and special these ladies made this trip. We were there for about 2 hours and these ladies were funny joking around with us and just really making the experience amazing. Laci was our first bartender and as they got busy Shai took over. Dee helped my son pick his own personalized bottle based on his personal preference. They were so awesome I can't even begin to explain how special they made this experience.
