No heat protector, no gel, NO PRODUCT anywhere... if I would've known that she was that lazy, I would have just gone to GREAT CLIPS instead b/c I KNOW they would've done a better job. When I tried to apologize again she cut me off and told me to "be better next time." She was so obviously annoyed with me that she poked me in the eye with the round brush, hit my ear with a hot straightener, and accidentally cut off my necklace.... Honestly the cut itself is great. But the experience was so uncomfortable that I'll never be back. If a 5 minute delay is so inconvenient that you're yelling at a customer (that you're charging $120 btw), maybe you should space out your appointments more.
