Do not order anything from in store. Just leave the store and order it online so you can get help if you do not receive your order. I learned this the hard way. I ordered Sunglasses in store on 1/16/23 and I received confirmation email they should arrive 1/23/23, but no tracking number. Today is the 26th and still no sunglasses or tracking number. I call the customer service number listed in the email confirmation. I choose the store option not the online option. However, every rep I get tells me I have to call or go into the store to get status. Why can't they just tell me where my stuff is? Anyway, do not buy from the store only buy from online so you can actually get help on finding your order. It is not fun to spend close to $300 on a pair of sunglasses and have the company and their representatives not want to help you track where they are or if they even sent them. It turns out they only have one small (I need a medium) Mod5 which is on display. I mentioned that I had called ahead to check, and only to find out they don't have one, and the manager quickly and sharply responded "That's not what happened sir". Tried to return them and they said they weren't in original condition when they were still in the original bag. They told me to try another store... please be careful that you are 100% sure on your purchase before shopping here. I have been to this store quite a few times in the past few years and it is AWESOME! It's a little small compared to other Oakley stores I have been to, but there is always someone to help you out. Last weekend I needed a lens replacement for my M frames and dealt with Tris (one of the managers). She was very helpful and brought out 7-8 different lenses to choose from. We found the color that I wanted in a non-polarized version and my sunglasses are like new again. She cleaned up my old frames and showed me how to put them in the Oakley pouch to alleviate the lenses from getting easily scratched in the future. THANK YOU TRIS and the entire team at this store. Owning a few small companies, I appreciate great customer service and they deliver every time! read more

(Zero stars) I had a really bad experience with the store manager Tiffany when I came in seeking clarification on a transaction for a return that was processed last week. Long story short my return was not showing a credit back to my credit card, and I wanted to make sure the transaction was processed correctly. Instead of listening to my concern she was pressed on her point of view, which made me feel like she was accusing me of trying to get money from them. If I returned an item I should get credit for it. She was so argumentative that she was not hearing me and reluctantly gave me the credit. As she processed the credit she made sure to say things that made me feel like they won't help me in the future and that she was helping me to shut me up as if she was doing me a favor by giving me partial credit (so rude)! Back story is, I bought my husband and I a pair of sunglasses on a buy one get one 30% off. The sunglasses I bought did not work out for me so I was going to return them. A few days later I happen to be at the mall and decided to check out some other sunglasses. I found another pair I liked and decided to purchase it (paying full price). (I did not want to chance the pair not being there when I was ready to exchange my original pair.) Days later I returned to the store with all three pairs of sunglasses and receipts to make the exchange. What made everything tricky was my original pair was the 30% off price; hence, the reason I came in with all three pairs of sunglasses to ensure the transaction would be done properly. Note: my original pair and third pair were the same exact original price. When I came in for the exchange, what should have happened was the third pair of sunglasses that I purchased at full price should have been returned (generating a credit). Next, my original pair and newly "returned" item should have been an even exchange. However, what happened was Tiffany processed the even exchange, but never generated a credit for the glasses I RETURNED (i.e the third pair of sunglasses purchased at full price). So when I came in today to explain to this to her she made me feel like I was trying to scam them of money. She wanted to argue that I was not to get any credit at all, because she did the even exchange, which zeroed out everything. I tried to explain that my credit card statement shows as if I paid for three pairs of sunglasses when I returned one of them and I see no credit back to my card. If my husband did not go back in the store to get the refund I would have paid for three pairs of sunglasses ($600), when I returned one pair and didn't get credited for it. The part that hurts the most is when you're not being heard because they want to argue their point and making me feel as if I'm trying to scam them or pull something over their head. I spent close to $600 between the two transactions. I just wanted my credit for the pair of sunglasses I returned. I shouldn't feel like a criminal for asking...such poor poor service. I will never shop there again they will take your money and not care about you. Sad read more

On the way to the movies, my husband went to put on his Oakley Tailend Sunglasses and discovered the arm had broken off near the screw. It wasn't a screw which had fallen out, the metal had actually worn through near the screw. There was no way for us to repair, so we stopped by the Oakley store after the movie. Ryan was wonderful. He took one look at the glasses, realized the problem and called the other stores in the area. He found a replacement and had it delivered to the store, where we were able to pick it up the following week. Complete replacement. Awesome customer service, no hassles, no hoops to jump through, just taking care of the customer the right way. It was amazing. read more

I just left the Oakley store with the kindest employees, especially the store manager Tiffany. I came in and switched out my Oakley custom ones and Tiffany made me my custom design! And they were so patient even when I went there a few weeks ago the other employees were just as nice. But Tiffany treated me so well. She gave me some free goodies maybe I was VIP status or something lol. Definitely not VIP but she made me feel like that! I can't wait to run these awesome Flax Jacket 2.0 XLJ Sapphire lenses. While I wasn't able to get replacement nosepads for the Ice Picks - due to them being a discontinued model - at least they offered to tighten the earpieces on my Juliets. I came to the Oakley store in search for some parts for my sunglasses which are starting to show their age. I've had my straight jacket Oakley's for several years now and they're literally the best pair of sunglasses I've ever owned. These things have been dropped constantly every which way and still seemed to have gotten through in one piece. The rubber sock pieces on the side were starting to rip and come apart. The lady who helped me was great enough to go grab new sock side pieces and put them on for me. They gave me a 20% off coupon which got me out of there for only $11. This store carries tons of sunglasses and accessories alike, so its your best bet for finding any parts you need for your glasses. Oakley makes quality stuff in my opinion and I hope to get even more years out of my sunglasses, they really make a difference when you're outdoors a lot. read more

I strolled into this Oakley store asking them if they carried anything similar to Smith Optics' Photochromatic lens for snow goggles. The girl look at me like "photo-what?" but the guy was like "I got you girllll" The guy took the time out to show me their new Prizm lenses. He brought out the nifty iPad and showed me side-by-side comparisons and everything. He put a ton of effort into trying to get me to buy another pair of Oakley goggles, but his efforts were all in vain because Oakley doesn't carry Asian-fit in store. When I finally got the itemized statement, it was full of lens options that I didn't want nor did I request them.
