Service is good. Nothing special but it's just dry cleaning. They get done when they said it will get done. I think prices are very competitive. Given how dry cleaning businesses are these days, I will keep coming back here. Prices off the top of my head: - dress $10 - suit jacket and pants $10 - collared shirt $5 - leather jacket $53 I'll take a picture of the receipt when I find it :) The only reason why the business is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is that the one time I wanted my leather jacket dry cleaned, the lady who serviced me just kept slapping my leather jacket on the table for every syllable she said this "this, will, take, a, month" (so 5 slaps on my jacket). I picked them up and legit was shocked. She was able to turn my gross jackets into something of wonder and happiness. I have been going to this cleaners for over a year, and I have always tolerated their mediocre…read moreservice and average quality because of its convenient location. This last time I picked up my shirts and mended pants, I looked at the stitching on the pants and my middle-school daughter could have done better. I asked them to repair it which they did while I waited 25 minutes in the shop. When I got home, I noticed one of the shirts was perforated with burned holes both in the front and back. The shirt is only about 4 months old and made of heavy material, but some of the holes were nearly half an inch in diameter. When I took it in the next morning, I was told that my shirt was old and that I must have pulled it apart and there was no way they were responsible. I asked them for my dry cleaning and they tried to give me someone else's shirts THREE times! It makes me wonder if they ever tried to give my shirts to someone else. Then once he finally gave me my clothes back, there was no discount, no apology, not even a "I'm sure you can understand..." At that point I decided I was done doing business there. In times like this I am happy to be employed. Apparently Bethesda Cleaners has too much business, as they had no time for a customer like me as they seemed unconcerned with the loss of my business.
