I can't believe I hadn't been here before yesterday! Talk about a hidden gem! I was taking a friend around to cross stuff off her "List of Stuff to do Before the World Ends" and smoking a hookah happened to be on it. Therefore I googled places nearby us and Oasis popped up. As soon as we got there the guy at the door welcomed us in with a smile and opened the door for us and once inside the waitress/bartender helped us pick a table and took our drink orders. We decided to get the peach hookah and an order of the Hummus and Pita Deluxe with beef. The food was delicious and the hookah was great! The staff was awesome the entire night as well. Everyone kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and they would just stop and chat with us as well. One guy was even helping my friend try to make smoke circles! I definitely love that they're open until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays too because it's always nice to have somewhere to wind down after all the bars close! read more

Unfortunately you wouldn't know this was a Middle Eastern Hookah lounge by the food and music. The music was 99.9% rap music, with 2 songs that were Middle Eastern, and maybe another couple that were hip hop. The food was American bar food. The service was slow and all we had were drinks. The Hookah's were mostly good, but we had to exchange them often because they didn't work consistently. read more

Came here on Saturday and Sunday night during a trip to Scottsdale with the family for a 49er vs. Cardinals game. Was packed Saturday but still had plenty of room to chill and relax with out feeling crowded. Nice outdoor area next to street so you can people watch while you do your thing. Sunday was quiet and not packed at all. Server was awesome and made recommendations on hookaah flavors and checked in often to ensure we were good. Excellent Service! I stopped in here on a Monday afternoon by myself after a long day of working, looking to unwind a bit with hookah and a drink. I was greeted immediately by Misty who was nothing short of sweet and attentive. I ordered a simple drink (Dr. Pepper & Crown) and a bowl of hookah. Both were wonderful. Misty came around often to check on me, but gave me space to decompress. I will definitely be back here soon, and will be bringing all my friends as well. They had a very nice DJ booth and food was very good too great after hrs spot or just a great place to come on the weekend or week day to relax. Great people as well the atmosphere in their is so friendly majority of the staff are friendly except for a few... but you always get that anywhere the service their was amazing my server was great she was very nice and professional treated me with respect and made sure I never went without while I was their always timely filled my drink whenever needed never had to ask. I was with a group of people who wanted to get a bite and hang out. We were staying at the W right across the street so we assumed this place would be convenient. My friend checked in with the security to see how long the wait was. He said 30-40 minutes, we returned after one hour to check in because we did not receive a phone call, This security guard was very unprofessional, standing by the entrance smoking a hookah and taking his mask off. He claimed that everyone inside had reservations and that we were next then he opened his book that had the "waitlist" on it and our name and number was already crossed off. He got caught in his own lie. This business needs professional people working here. You should not have ratchet employees speaking to your customers and disrespecting people who are going to pay to enjoy your place. Then we asked if we could make a reservation for the following evening. The waiter said there was a minimum dollar amount we had to meet which again makes no sense if this is a restaurant. I had a great experience at this hookah bar. I heard that they were not good but me and my friends wanted to go and Oasis was the only one that was open at the time. Driving to it was great because I love the location in old town Scottsdale. We went in and were immediately helped, and we ordered cups of water and strawberry and peach hookah. They came back with the hookah pretty quickly and it was very smooth. The flavors were great and the combination was perfect. We then decided we were hungry and ordered some french fries. The portion was pretty good, the three of us shared it and we were content. The french fries were pretty good, i might add. The lady who helped us was friendly, talkative and relatable, and very accommodating. Later on a guy also came around to switch our coals so that the hookah wouldn't get harsh. The atmosphere was great, there were lasers and couches and a full bar. It was dimly lit which is perfect for a hookah bar. It wasn't too loud when we went. There was some kind of Middle-Eastern or Indian music playing which was interesting. I should also say that, being germaphobic, I made sure to ask if they cleaned their hookahs. The guy told me that he personally cleans the whole thing, and they even give each person a sealed disposable plastic mouthpeice. Last but not least, their prices were great. When we came out to AZ we gave this state two or three stars cause there was not much to do. But after this lounge experience, is been upgraded to 4 or 5 stars! Worth the 6 hour drive from San Diego. Afterall, it's not everyday that you come across a place that has a full bar, food (really delicious chicken kabob) and every flavor of hookah you can think of. The service is exceptionally great! I used to live in AZ and would frequent Oasis and every time I go back to visit family and friends I always stop by. This is the go to place for hookah in AZ. They make great flavored hookah's and are happy to share and mix as many options as requested. They take pride in their hookah and their food is surprisingly delicious. This place is what it is- a kinda dirty and a little disorganized hookah bar. Usually I've been here after bar time as it stays open so you can hang out with your group hydrate and get food if you want while you wind down from your night. It's dimly lit but again I think that's the point the customers are drunk at that time and some of the customers seem a little on the sketchy side for your usual old town scottsdale population. The food I got there was decent I think kabob and pita with hummus which i was pleasantly surprised by. The service is mediocre but again it's not a fine dining establishment and that's okay. It's a hookah lounge/Mediterranean restaurant/pub. Ashley was my server, and she was very nice for taking care of the whole place on a somewhat slow Sunday night. I had an excellent time here with all my friends, family, and randoms sitting close by. It was a very simple come in they check ID and if you want to find a place and sit down you can or you can just stand by the bar. We found a table and sat down and ordered 2 hookahs and some drinks and just enjoyed ourselves our waitress or whatever they call it there she was very nice and fast and I had no problems with her. Everyone here is chill laid back and everyone just has a good time to some middle eastern music or like 30 minutes of English haha. The hookah was good lasted us a long time which I was very shocked because a lot of these places don't really care and you get what you get but this was excellent. The bathroom is only one person so when it's busy you know you'll be waiting for a while. Also their is a security guy at the bathroom that tells you when to go in and out I have no idea what that was for but he was there all night. Place is nice, hookah was good, and the people are excellent. If you want to have a good time I suggest coming here. read more

I'm surprised this place has any customers. The food seems to be microwaveable items that are passed as kitchen-made. The staff is unbelievably rude, almost hurtful, but that's not the worst part about my experience...They overcharged me on my bill, increasing the menu price on my final bill. Originally my meal was about $30 but when the check came, I was shocked to see $45 subtotal (I accounted for tax/tip, the actual prices were increased!). Management wouldn't even talk to me about the situation and when I tried calling in after I left, the guy answering the phone hung up on me three times! Seriously, shame on you Oasis Cafe, not only will u never be your customer again, I am proactively letting everyone I know about my horrible experiences with your business so they never eat your fake food! read more
