After seven hours on the road, this is my Heaven. My husband was craving crab legs, and lo and behold, his wish was granted. Our last two wishes will be granted once we finally reach home and go into nice little food comas. The dinner buffet was pretty standard for seafood with a nice selection of sashimi, sushi, seafood, and other Asian food items. We came a little late around 8 pm, so I wouldn't say the food was fresh off the press, but it wasn't bad either. I particularly enjoyed the albacore sashimi. I didn't get a chance to try much of the crab legs because they were all gone by the time I reached the buffet, however, my husband had no complaints as he managed to get some before they ran out. He mentioned enjoying the blue crab, crawfish, Cajun shrimp boil, and clams as well as the Cajun octopus. The service is what makes this establishment so awesome. Our server Mandy was always checking in, refilling our glasses, and taking our empty plates. She was friendly and very efficient. Our host Gabe was personable and friendly with a fun story on hand and appropriate to the conversation. Bathrooms were clean, and the space overall was cozy and family friendly. Definitely recommend for any time of the day to satisfy your cravings.

Bad food today. Cold, dry and borderline old. Gave me a stomach ache and the chicken was raw. Would never come back. Update: food poisoning, family members are puking.

Love this AYCE Asian buffet! They have a variety of options for all cravings! Staff is super friendly! If you have any requests for specific food you what more of they will be more than happy to make more for you! They have entrees, sushi, appetizers, soups, salads, cold dishes, and desserts. There are plenty of stations available. I will have to come back again because I didn't even get to try everything! I enjoy coming here because the quality is always fresh and hot. I get to have a variety of options. This place is great for large groups. They have seatings that can be arranged to fit a large party. Servers are always super quick to pick up any finished plates. The place is very clean and nice. Great customer service!! Would definitely recommend this AYCE Asian buffet! Plus the price is great!

It's hard to find a good buffet, since we were in the area and was looking for a place to eat, I suggested this place to my husband. And we were not disappointed. Their price for the buffet is really affordable, and to think it's a Saturday. Their sushi and sashimi is really fresh. Everything we tried was good. No funky flavors in their food. Service was good, staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is really clean. I will definitely come back.

The place has a bit of variety but the food is all cold. Not even the slots that they refill. I tried the fried rice, all noodles and even all the types of shrimp all cold. I did a quick back of the hand at the steam tables and they were barely any steam or heat. This is what they were sited for on their latest health inspection. The sushi was warm not cool. The meats dried out for being out so long. Tried the tempura hard as a rock. It's 6 pm you'd figure dinner time have a fresh line but nope there just gathered around the sushi prep area shooting the breeze. If you gonna give this place a try walk in first to check out the quality of the food and maybe the latest health inspection. The restrooms were also dirty. Sorry but not touching this place ever again.

Feeling hungry but can't decide where you want to eat? Oasis Bay is where you should go! This ayce buffet has a wide variety of food selection to fill your every craving. From seafood to fried food to desserts, there's something for everyone. There's so many options that I recommend for you to walk through before deciding what food to put on your plate. The restaurant also makes the dining experience covid safe by having disposable gloves to wear while grabbing new plates of food. There are occasional specials depending on when you go, for Thanksgiving there was turkey and a cajun boil. Personally I really enjoyed the sashimi, sushi, and seafood options. There's also an area where you can build your own poke bowl. Remember to finish off the meal with some ice cream!

Cold Kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken, jello-like sauced orange chicken Cold, not fried at all rice, wontons and potstickers

While there are a lot of food options, the food isn't warm or hot. The steam is coming up from under the pans, but none of the food was hot, which made gelatinous sauces.

We had a reservation of 14 people for Mother's Day today but our private seat were given away to a party for a birthday. So apparently if you come in a minute late to your reservation, it gets taken away.. Also hopefully their system works because the way they handle is that we were given gloves to get our food and re-use the same gloves to get our food.. I mean isn't that the same thing as not using the gloves and using our hands anyway? And by the way if you are seated next to the fish tanks, "please do not punch the tank". They are fake fishes anyway lol Still a good place to get buffet nearby..

They had a great selection, including sushi, seafood, desserts, soups, noodles, etc. but the second time we came we all agreed that it was too expensive overall, & it didn't quite "hit" like round one. The food was OK. The sushi was not that fresh. The servers were/are attentive. I don't know why we loved it so much the first time around. but the second go around was overrated. The grilled section most of the meat is extremely tough or really chewy now , it's like the grade of meat has gone down and lacks flavor. The sushi area didn't have a variety like they use to and the front half was closed down. From the time we got there a little before 7:00 p.m. to when we left around 8:45, the crab legs were empty til about 8:30. So in the almost two hour time frame, the crab legs got restocked ONCE. Such a disappointment, esp since everyone rushed to grab some, so alot of people didn't get a chance to eat any. Luckily my son was able to get four clusters for the table to share. Our server wasn't attentive at all, had to ask him for napkins multiple times, ask for water refills , and no crab leg crackers or anything was given to us. Although I guess that last one didn't matter too much this time since there weren't really any crab legs that were offered. Our bill was around $76 for two adults two kids and this time definitely did not feel like it was worth it. Sucks to see with the beautiful remodel, the food quality and quantity has gone downhill.

However, when we came back so excited for more it was a weird experience here. We came at 5pm especially to try the banana Bajji listed as an option between 5pm-7pm only to be told it's not available. Then tried to order the Kara Kuzhambu with the lentil dumplings and told lentil dumplings not available anymore only okra/ eggplant option for this. The restaurant vibe felt really odd in general. We kind of felt like they weren't sure if they wanted to be open right now or something. The tables were not clean from lunch and they didn't get back to us when we asked questions. We decided to leave and come back another time given the great first experience. The next day, we decided to try again at lunch when the restaurant seems to do most of the business and I called to double check they have the Kara Kuzhambu with eggplant/ okra options just in case and two people seemed to have no idea what I am talking about. I spelled it, explained it's on the menu and it's a tamarind based curry- nothing. The dish I tried here before was very good and I really appreciate that their menu is marked for allergies and different diets. It seems to be very popular among Indian people and a fun cultural experience at weekend brunch/ lunch. However, the service felt really weird and unwelcoming this time and with the dishes listed on the menu but not being available it was a let down. The waiter told us the banana bajji and the lentil dumplings were discontinued completely so it was a bummer they are still listed on the menu. This confusing and unwelcoming exprience led to a big rating difference from me even though I really liked the food I tried in my first visit as well as the atmosphere. Still happy for that super fun first memory here though! My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

Authentic Jamaican served right in Chandler AZ. We were warmly welcomed upon entering the establishment. After weighing various options on an extensive menu. I decided on the tilapia fillets Escovitch style with the side of steamed vegetables (shredded cabbage and carrots that was amazing) and festivals. My wife opted Bone in brown stew chicken with a side of rice & beans and festivals. The wait for the food to served was reasonable given that it was apparent it had been made fresh upon being served. The fish was deliciously seasoned and lightly breaded. The escovitch sauce was the perfect complement for both the fish and the cabbage. My wife's bone in brown stew chicken was amazing as well the chicken was so tender it was falling off the bone and was perfectly seasoned. The gravy for the stew was plentiful and added an additional taste when added to the beans and rice. Portions were large with enough leftovers for another meal when we finished eating. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly with a consistent flow of carryout orders and dine-in customers. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue Caribbean and look forward to our next visit.

The bathroom lights above the shower did not work, they would flicker then go off. The tissue box was empty at check in besides the tissue rose made on top. There were issues with the "mini bar" sensor at check in and someone had to come check on it later in the week. We didn't get service on some days of stay even with the "Service Please" Sign on the room door. The pool is open until 10pm, however the pool bar closes at 6pm and they had people exit their cabana rentals at 7pm. The drinks at the bar were severely over priced and mediocre at best. We paid $43 for 2 margaritas at the pool bar that tasted like blended water with a splash of margarita mix. The umbrellas at the pool had to be closed most of the time due to the winds, which also blew all types of debris and trash into the pools causing a bad look. One of our party was double charged at the pool bar, and they expressed that they could not reverse the charge and if they did it would take 7-10 days to return to the card, but refused to give us the extra drink because they couldn't serve more than 2 drinks within 30 minutes to the same person...even though there was 6 of us in the party and she was charged for 3 drinks, twice. Which could have been one per person in our party. The mobile bars within our evening reception drinks were higher priced in there than on the casino floor, so we all left our reception, to get drinks and come back. Drinks were on average $4-8 more than at the bar at the casino. One of the girls in our group personal cards was charged not only for the deposit amount for the stay but then the remainder of the balance for the first night and then again for the rest of her stay, causing her bank account to be nearly cleared out. In which the front desk staff told her there was nothing they could do, and that it would go back to her card Friday at the earliest (this was Tuesday). As we were there on business the rooms were prepaid with CC authorizations on file for the cost of the room rate + resort fees, so she was left with no money to pay for food or anything else for the rest of the week, and they could not provide any help and did not have any managers on property. We were able to track down a manager in a different department who was at least able to get her a food comp to pay for her meal thankfully. We were really excited to stay at Gila River, we had heard many great things about this property and were were unimpressed with the level of guest service.

A good friend of mine was craving Filipino food so we chose Nanay's to scratch the itch. "Nanay" is the Tagalog word for mother. Let me tell you, this place is LEGIT!!! The restaurant has a pretty good size dining area. You can also order ahead for pick up. Employees are very friendly here and I appreciated the fact that the older gentleman was nice enough to give me a sample size of the Langka. It was right on the money! All of the food we got was definitely made with love. You can see it and you most certainly can taste it. I'm a big fan of Sisig, so it was only right to order it. They offer steamed white rice, garlic fried rice and pancit for your base. You get to choose your entrées (choose 1, 2 or 3). I opted for the sisig and their pork adobo which I have been told is a best seller here. No lies were told, as the adobo was on point! I also wanted to sample their "bilo bilo" and it was just like my mom's. I can never get enough!! Prices here won't swallow your wallet, and the parking lot outside is huge! The place was poppin' when we stepped inside and the line only got longer. That's how you know it's DAMN DELICIOUS! I suggest you try out Nanay's because you are missing out if you don't. We went and got our first plates. One of the things I was looking forward to was the giant prawns. What a dissapointment! They had been cooked for soooo long, the flavor was gone and the texture was very tasty. Fried chicken was pretty good. The Broutworst style sausage flavor was of a spiced up hot dog. The crab wasn't bad. The only problem is they don't supply any type of cracker for the shell, so it's up to you to figure out how to open them. I grabbed a couple extra paper plates for scaps (bones, shells etc.), but the waitress was constantly reaching across the table and taking them. Finally had to tell her not to take them, but the moment I wasn't looking, gone again. It was a hit and miss with what we tried. The 'best' of what we tried was at best, mediocre. One thing that really irritated me, was when it appeared we were near the end of our meal, the waitress hovered by our table, and must have said "thank you for coming" five or six times, making us feel quite rushed.
