It was either a really good Monday dinner service, or Pacific Seafood improved greatly! They had a paint refresh on the building, had more staff than what we were used to, and had a great selection tonight. Everything was cooked fresh and they were really keeping track of the food so it was on rotation. The Asian buffet near us stopped serving a few items, and I knew Pacific would still have them. Happy to say, I went home STUFFED. I highly recommend especially for a week day service since its much cheaper!

I've been frequenting this buffet for years! I love coming to Pacific because they offer a wide range of foods that cater to most anyone and the food is always delicious! They offer a selection of sushi, dim sum, Mongolian cooked to order in front of you, classic Chinese dishes and much more. Service is always friendly & the restaurant is clean making it a great spot for lunch or dinner!

If you're a pescatarian, seafood lover, or just a fan of all-you-can-eat feasts, Pacific Seafood Buffet is a must-try! For just $21 on weekends, you get an extensive variety of fresh seafood, hot cooked dishes, and even a build-your-own Mongolian BBQ station. The seafood selection is the highlight, featuring fresh sushi, sashimi, raw fish, and perfectly steamed fish, crab legs, shrimp, snails crawfish and clams. Each dish is prepared with care--standouts for me were the buttery sashimi and the tender steamed shellfish and fish. Beyond seafood, the buffet offers a surprising variety of hot cooked dishes, soups and meats, making it a hit even for non-seafood lovers. The Mongolian BBQ station is a fun touch, letting you customize your stir-fry with fresh ingredients and sauces. My recent Saturday night visit wasn't without its hiccups. The restaurant was packed, which is expected on weekends, but the vibe turned a bit chaotic due to kids running around and being left unattended at times. It didn't ruin the experience, but it did make navigating the buffet lines more challenging. On a sweeter note, the dessert bar is a must-visit! With an assortment of Asian-inspired sweets and classic treats, it's the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Why 4 Stars? The food is fresh and flavorful, and the variety is unbeatable for the price, but the bustling, chaotic atmosphere--especially with kids running amok--makes it hard to fully relax and enjoy the meal. Pro Tips: * Arrive early to avoid the peak chaos. * Bring your appetite--the variety here is no joke. * Don't miss the Mongolian BBQ and dessert bar--they're worth it!

    They even had steamed baos

Definitely went above my expectations! I liked the smaller feel of this buffet, not like it was packed or people waiting after one another. Also felt like that kept the food quality higher. The staff was very friendly, keeping our table cleared away and refilling our drinks. The stations were super clean as well. All the food I had was great, it was a buffet of course so there's going to be things that arent perfect (bbq pork was very dry, fried calamari was more boiled than fried) but everything was hot and had great flavor. Miso soup, Breaded shrimp, and the sweet rolls are a must have! It was $55 for 2 people with drinks after tax. Definitely will be returning!

We got here right at when they were transitioning from lunch to dinner. They have a very good spread. The sushi was freshly made. They had crab legs and a seafood boil. The food handlers were quick and clean when switching out the trays. So come and try out this place and hopefully you get the same experience as we did.

Spice level was medium and went with the 88 Special seasoning (a combination of cajun, garlic butter, and lemon pepper) - AMAZING flavor!! Perhaps my favorite aspect was that their seasonings were not overly salty - I feel that most other seafood boil restaurants just include way too much salt in their seasonings... but at Pier 88, you can really indulge without feeling like you're going to end up with high blood pressure! This place looked like it did a good seafood boil and was located near where our hotel was. Upon entering we were greeted and sat right away. He ordered a shrimp basket while I ordered my usual snow crab. Heads up, all the supplies will be brought in the bottom of the discard bucket like gloves, lemons, and crab crackers. I wasn't aware of this, and placed all the discarded items on top of it while eating bareheaded as I didn't see supplies, and no one was around to ask. Usually places will bring on the side, and I wish I was told that in advance when it was brought to the table. It made for quite the mess, but if we return I'll know for next time. Once our server returned to check in after 10+ minutes that's when we were advised, and I adjusted though I had put my boil bag in there so most had been soiled. As for the food, he liked his shrimp while I thought the crab was okay in flavor/spice. It didn't really standout out like other places I've been to recently, but overall I would return if I was in the area.

They have a pretty basic menu, with some appetizers, and then all seafood options are available to be ordered as salads, tacos, sandwiches, and platters. My friend ordered the Garlic Butter Red Snapper sandwich and I got two tacos, one shrimp & one fried fish. We also got a side of fries (paid extra as there are no sides that come with the sandwich). My friend said her sandwich was pretty good, a bit messy to eat but had good flavors. That was the least expensive sandwich option, which was already a bit of a steep cost, the other were even more. If it came with fries or another side, it might have been a better deal. The additional side of fries we ordered were good though, nothing special, but nice and crispy as you'd want. While there was nothing inherently wrong with the tacos, it is interesting that all options have the same toppings (cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and white sauce); the protein is the only thing that's different. The fish was fried well and crispy, shrimp was pretty basic. There was a lot of cabbage and not enough sauce so I had asked for additional dressing on the side so I could basically eat the taco like a mini salad. The restaurant is nice and service was good while we were there. We had gotten soda and our server checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we wanted. I'd order something else next time, like maybe the larger plate (with protein, rice, and salad) or just a traditional fish & chips basket that comes with coleslaw. Hoping for a better food experience in the future!

It was perfectly cooked and came with 2 sauces that I have never had served with it before. One was MaPloi, and the other was an aioli that was nicely spicey. The portion was large and unfortunately, we couldn't finish it. Companion ordered Fish & Chips. A nice sized portion of cod, perfectly fried. Unfortunately, the chips were not fried the way companion asked for them and most of them were left on the plate. For myself, I ordered the Scallop & Shrimp Combo which came with nicely prepared brussel sprouts which were grilled and then had balsamic vinegar over them.
