The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. I was upfront and explained that the entire house needed a deep cleaning and that it hadn't been professionally cleaned in quite some time. Based on that information, they quoted me approximately $385, which I accepted. What caught me off guard was that once the cleaners arrived, I was told the job would take significantly longer and that I would need to pay nearly double the original quoted amount if I wanted the deep cleaning completed. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but I felt this should have been addressed during the initial phone consultation when they were gathering information and providing the estimate. To their credit, the office did allow the cleaners to stay an additional 10 minutes at no extra charge, but realistically that did very little to resolve the issue. The main concern wasn't the extra 10 minutes--it was that the expectations and pricing changed after the cleaners were already at my home. The cleaners themselves were courteous and professional, but I ultimately didn't feel the cleaning met my expectations for a deep-clean service, especially considering the price. If the company believes a home requires substantially more time than the initial estimate, I think that should be communicated before the appointment or after an in-person assessment--not after the service has already begun. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and don't feel the service provided matched the expectations that were set during booking. Go read other negative reviews and you'll find the same type of complaints. My advice? I would look for a different "professional" cleaning company that takes the time to give accurate estimates in person.

I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho.
