Went and got a full set and pedicure on a Saturday. Showed the lady a photo of what I specifically wanted done to my nails and she didn't do it. After bringing to her attention that I didn't like my shape she insisted that there was nothing she could do to fix it.. even went on to saying that everyone's nails are all different sizes therefore that my nails can not be symmetrical. I'm very upset with the out come and after directing my situation to the lady upfront about how unsatisfied I was she said that I would have to pay $20 just so that they can fix them. Not to mention everyone that worked there was in a grumpy mood. No smiles, no customer communication. Absolute Terrible experience and i strongly advise no one to go there. read more

Ive been here multiple times the first few times I had a perfect experience. But these last two times I've went have just been horrible. I gave a really nice lady a simple reference and she assured me she could do what I asked for it was a simple black tip. And my outcome was horrible. I am not upset with the service cause I did get a seating right away. But the fact that the owner grabbed and took my phone and asked everyone in the nail place if they could do this style and everybody said no. So she basically forced this one nice lady into doing it. And while this lady was nice and tried her best. Like I said the outcome was horrible. If you can't do it just simply don't do the design and send me on my way. It's as simple as that. The nails came out WAYY TO THICK. And the shape was horrible I ended up going home and trying to fix them myself but I could not file enough to make them look decent. And I can NOT take them off I've been soaking them for hours. Let me just show y'all. I am very upset. This was not the length I wanted she had cut them way longer but with all the filing she was trying to do I assume she just gave up. Very disappointed. NEVER COMMING AGAIN! This is definitely not a kid friendly place. I don't always take my kids but I was hopeful but even though the kids were relatively chill they spoke a little loudly and the owner (I think) shushed them soo loudly that it was embarrassing and a lot of the ladies there couldn't believe it. I don't understand why he didn't just address the problem with me since I was standing right there and I was still waiting. Needless to say, I paid $5 for the water that we asked for and some candy that the kids ate and left. Summer is starting so please save some dignity and don't let your kids be shushed with hatred like mine were. Go somewhere else. read more

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to and their prices can't be beat! The first time I went I was blown away. They had just opened and we're offering 20% off so I stopped in. I had been having horrible experiences with the place next door so I figured why not. So glad I decided to try it out because I will NEVER go anywhere else. I live in North Dallas and it is absolutely worth the drive. My first visit they offered cucumber water and bowls of fresh fruit to all their clients- very nice touch. Best pedicure I have ever received with the most relaxing massage. They spent a good amount of time on the massage too, which was very nice. The lady who did my nails was fast and impeccable. I haven't had the cucumber water or fruit since then BUT the quality of the employees and the work they do has not diminished one bit. Ever since I started coming here I have gotten far more compliments on my nails than I ever have in my life. You'd be missing out big time if you didn't give this place a try. read more

Sad to say I've been going here for about 6+ months or so and the last time I went was about 2 weeks ago and I was cut twice on my thumb and it turned into an infection. I've never seen where they clean their tools and I will not be going back. I went in last Friday on Valentine's Day , they were not busy. I was there for three hours, I told them in advance I needed to leave before 3 pm to pick up my child from school. I didn't leave until 3:05 , I payed $32 for a pedicure that only lasted about 15 minutes. They took two and a half hours on my nails and the picture I showed them I wanted looked nothing like what I got. They kept redoing them and having another lady try to come help. They were very uneven and all the nails were different shapes and were crooked. I got charged $5 for a design and all of the hearts were different shapes and sizes. They tried to charge me $60 dollars but when I showed them what was wrong they only took off 10 dollars and I still had to pay 50 for them. On Monday only three days after getting them my thumb nail broke in half when I was buttoning my pants and now the other thumb nail is about to break in half as well, and Ive only had them for a week, that's how thin and weak they are. They knew they were horrible and still charged me 50 dollars for them. DO NOT GO HERE !! read more

Came in today for a pedicure and asked to soak. The tech was very busy texting on her phone to check to see if the water temperature was okay then walks away. Another tech had to ask me if I needed the temperature adjusted. Then she tries to loud talk in their language. How unprofessional!!! I know not to come on Tuesdays when Katie is not here. Very disappointed today. I've gone here about 4 times and the last time I went my nails looked horrible. Too thick and the color was lighter in spots. The nail tech said he would redo them for nothing. He couldn't that day so the appt was for the following Saturday. I couldn't make it that day so I cancelled and was going today. I was told since it had been 2 weeks they would only knock off 20%. I paid full price plus tip on the day he messed them up because he assured me he would make it right. This was my first time here. I enjoyed my visit, the place was very clean and it wasn't too busy. I came in on a Friday at about 10:30 am. I had the gel manicure and the classic pedicure with callus treatment. It was a little overpriced to be honest. I spent about $60 and I was there for about an hour. I don't ask for much, really just do basic color. I don't know if the price fits the service since I don't do manis and pedis much. I was with Emily, she was very nice and took her time. Maybe I'll just get my nails done next time because I don't think Emily scrubbed very much during the callus treatment, which is what I wanted most out of my pedicure. read more

It was quite packed when my sister & I came on a Saturday morning. I don't remember the name of the technician we got but she was ok. On the pedicure, she ended up scraping my sister's foot. The actual polish looked as if I did it at home! Nothing special at all and she missed quite a few places on the nails. I forgot to snap a picture but I don't think I'll go here again. Upon arriving, I noticed 5 people waiting. I asked how long it would take, and was just told to pick a color. After waiting over an hour & 1/2, but gladly doing so because the girl sitting next to me just raved about them, I was shown to a chair. I went there for a mani-pedi, and left having spent over $100. I've never spent that much on a mani-pedi....especially in Mesquite!!! I got gel polish on my nails and a French manicure in regular polish on my toes. Anna was great but the management team wasn't helpful. Had my daughter with me to paint her nails and they kept taking other people before her who did not have appointments. While I was there a woman who had an appointment waited over an hour after her she scheduled time to get a pedicure. They were so caught up in putting someone in a chair so the wouldn't leave they didn't respect the time of appointments. read more

So myself and a coworker have been coming here pretty regularly after work to relax and catch up. I have had really great pedicures up until this last one and my coworker has had mediocre pedicures. It seriously depends on who you get. If your person is good than its really good! If not it's awful! My last pedicure my luck ran out and my person was not good. I got an upgraded pedi and she rushed through it cutting me when she did my cuticles and then scraping my leg with the pumice stone. Which stung the entire rest of my pedi and after. It's red and swollen. This pedicure was all but relaxing!! She sped through it, I don't feel like I got what I paid for so this is the last pedicure I will get here.
