I had high hopes. This place is close to my house and nestled in with some of my favorite Glendale eats. For 25$ + 6$ tip I got a mani pedi. I didn't get polish on either my toes or hands. That was by choice, since I can't wear nail polish at work. The massage was non existent basically it was just rubbing in lotion. I work hard for my money and I just needed a little pampering for myself today. I work 12 hours on my feet and my feet were really sore. Instead I am upset that I'm out 31$ and that a place that provides a pampering service doesn't really care about delivering, but rather just goes through the motions. I hope that you will really consider what the person in your spa chair is really there for. read more

They are very unorganized. Told us it would be five minutes for two of us. They took me first then told my husband his seat is almost ready and that they were just cleaning the chair. Then someone else walks in just a few moments later and they give the seat to her with no comment or explanation. My husband mentioned it to them and all they did was laugh. At the end of my pedicure I let them know all they said is "sorry she had an appointment." If you know you have an appointment then don't lie and tell us you are almost ready for him. Plus they didn't even explain when they give up the seat. So unprofessional. They rushed through my pedicure so they could give my spot to him while the other ladies were still working on the people who were there before me! needless to say we didn't stay after they were done with my pedicure. Also they talk about you in their own language which I find so rude and in bad taste. One lady next to me called her out on it and they just giggled and said sorry. Will not be returning. A great neighborhood place in a small mini mall with plenty of parking and lots of places to eat. (There is a Subway.) Staff super friendly and accommodating. Salon is clean. They have a reward program. You get a free service for every 10 visits. I am picky about nail places, and Oasis makes me feel very welcomed. I decided to come here because I was way overdue for a pedicure and my mother raved about the service. She was definitely right! Kelly was my tech and she was the sweetest and most attentive tech I've had in so long. I couldn't decide what colors to pick so she suggested a blue and orange combo which was great for summer. She was quick and precise leaving me with pretty feet! The place is clean and up to code. I hate that its in a small shopping mall but I'm sure regulars and noobs alike will spread the word! New nail spa in Glendale. One of the nicest and cleanest salons I have ever been to. Very comfortable spa chairs. The lady that does acrylics is just amazing! So hard to find a good nail technician, but these ladies are great. Big variety of colors and designs. Was able to walk in and get a mani pedi in no time. Nice place for quick service while the men are getting their haircut across the street. Right next to Paris baguette too. I have never been obliged to write a review before, until now. I've got to say that I have never experienced such poor service. Firstly, I asked if I could get coffin, ombré sparkles on acrylics as shown below. (I said do all fingers with the same design as the middle finger in the picture). The man who was going to do my nails said no, they don't do that, but when I showed the picture to the manager, Leanne, she said that yes they could do that. Reluctantly, the man doing my nails said he would do the ombré design. Secondly, when the man was filing my nails with the acrylics on, he kept filing the sides of my natural nails. After several flinches, sighs and warnings that he was filing my own nail down to the skin, he continued. He also did not clean or flatten the acrylic powder properly, so my nails look like they have unnatural curves. Thirdly, during the nail polish application, the man's so-called ombré design was just applying glitter to half the nail. I said I did not like the design, so I had to wait about 40 minutes for the manager Leanne to redo his work. Though I wasn't completely satisfied, I approved of her work because I had already been in the salon for over 2 hours and the design was at least somewhat close to what I wanted. Fourthly, after paying $40 with tip for BOTH employees, 3 days later, two of the acrylic nail chip off. One cracked so improperly that I had to remove the entire nail, which resulted in removing a good portion of my own nail, causing immense pain (see picture below). For such reasons, I highly discourage this nail salon at all costs. Put your money and time to better use and go somewhere else. read more

Brandon did my nails. He did a good job, very thorough. But I got nervous because the chrome powder wasn't working out. Took nearly 2 hours to do my nails because the chrome powder kept looking patchy. I even told him "if it doesn't work out, it's ok I can just leave with regular nails." And he said "no it's not ok"He didn't give up kept trying and redoing until all my nails were perfect. Will most likely come back. read more

All I can say is Simon needs to be fired right away. Every single one of my nails came out crooked. He never ever does a careful job, always pressing on my cuticles and not being cautious at all. The only reason I am even giving them a star is because they have 1 good nail tech, Leanne! But if you do not get the chance to use her, turn around and go to another nail shop! I went in for a mani/pedi at 1:30pm and was greeted and was given to some guy to do both my nails and feet. This man began on my toes and by this time it was 1:40pm. He began my toes and asked if i wanted them cut, I said "NO" they are finally growing and I do not like them short so he began to file them. As he was filing I'm noticing he keeps filing and filing and filing to the point where I now can feel him digging into my skin with the file! When I look down I realized he filed them so short that now u can see the skin on my toes and the nails were slanted and not filed straight!!!when i told him they were slanted, he filed SOME MORE!!! Making then even shorter!!! I was LIVID!! I just wanted him to stop!!!! And might I add he took his sweet time and by this time it was 2:40!!! And we "ONLY" had my toes done! Then he decides he's done with my toes which I HATED! Moves up to do my nails, did a horrible job!! I got a gel mani and when he was done my nails looked like I had on acrylics and needed a new fill!!!!! The polish was so thick and uneven and far from the top of my nail making them look like I needed a new manicure! It was a nightmare!!! Not only that but by this time it was almost 4PM!!!! I HAD SAT THERE FROM 1:40pm TO 4PM DOING A SIMPLE MANI PEDI!!!!! And was charged $50 dollars!!!! For nails that looked HORRIBLE! All I wanted to do was LEAVE!! I paid and left that place and went straight to another nail salon to fix them! I will NEVER step foot in that place ever again! Might I add that they are very rude. Only nice person there is Leanne! I've gone there about 5 times and each time I give them another chance but not anymore!!! Do yourself the favor and DONT get your nails done Here! read more

Got my nails done there for first time there. The salon is clean and they are open late. Service was OK. My polish looks uneven on few of my fingers. They have good color selection. I didn't have that Spa experience that I was expecting and it wasn't relaxing. I am a new customer here and I think I have finally found MY to go nail place!!!! I have gotten a gel mani and regular pedi done here by Lam and I loveeeed it! She does such nice work and she's so sweet herself! The spa is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I also got my eyebrows done here, I was a little nervous because I already did have a regular eyebrow lady (at another nail salon) but I was not fully happy with the service from the other staff who do nail and etc. (at the other nail salon). Unfortunately I did not get her name but I think she's the only person who does eyebrows here and she did such a great job. She shaped them much better than what I'm use to. I have recommended this place to my friends and family. One tip from my experience is to make sure to call before you go in (just like any other nail place). I went down to Glendale for a wedding. Stayed at the Hilton and luckily found this place nearby. I got a French manicure and pedicure. I took my mother-in-law with me and she also got a French manicure. We were relieved that they were able to fit us in on a Saturday morning. I've been getting my nails done for over 22 years and have never ever had an infection. Im sure I've visited my share of sketchy places, and everything has been well. I got a pedicure yesterday and my big toe is all red , swollen, and I can't put pressure on it or even touch it . I will be seeing a podiatrist soon and hoping my neosporin will do the job til then. I'm hoping those instruments were clean and it was the technique but I saw my nail technician (the owner, the one who answers the phones) take my dirty instruments and a bottle of the 99c store disinfectant spray and go to the back room and she returned with a new wrapped package and put it in her tools.
