I would not recommend this spot at all. They used to be nice but last time I came they said they had time for both my husband and I. We asked and they said yes it would be twenty minutes or so. They took me first and kept telling him he would be next. Then someone else walks in and they take that person instead. Not a word to my husband or me. Turns out someone had booked an appointment. Why lien to us then? They just left him sitting there. When I called them out on it, they just said oh sorry she had an appointment. I understand but there's no responsibility taken for their dishonesty. Also they were talking about other people in their language. Someone asked them about it and they just thought it was funny. It's not funny, it's rude. Do better please and be nicer to your customers. read more

went in for a manicure and pedicure on my lunch break. did gel on my fingernails, and regular on my toes. my manicurist helped me find a color to match my toes. they were both very thorough and detailed with their work. the lady who did my pedicure was also really good about cleaning my feet - I'm a runner, so my feet definitely get beat up. she applied extra moisturizer around my cuticles too. i didn't feel rushed, as i do at other places, and enjoyed my hour-long lunch break getting pampered. :) there's a parking lot, sometimes gets busy so you can park in the neighborhood. read more

Very happy with the outcome every time I get my nails done here; I think it's worth the price; I get gel nails done here and don't need to come back after 3-4 weeks; but the only issue is that my own nails grow out, leaving an unpolished band near the cuticle; which doesn't really bother me. When it comes to nail salons, I stick to what I like and what I know. I've been coming here regularly (every 2-3 weeks) for about a year now because I haven't had a problem with chipped nails, quality, or service. They even have a frequent customer card - after about 5 visits (I think?), you get $5 off your next visit. I always get a gel manicure and they always find the exact color to match it for my pedicure. It comes out to $43 each time. I would just highly suggest that you make an appointment because they can get busy all days of the week. I've recently moved out of the area and will really miss the familiarity of this place. I will definitely not return. The guy who did my nails was friendly, but very rough. My finger started to bleed and he didn't even apologize for cutting me. They charge $4 to remove your previous gel polish. I spent a total of $44 for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I went in wanting a simple design from a picture I showed him, and he could not even do it. Nails look bumpy and my cuticles look painted over. Drove from SF to attend a wedding. I barely had enough time to pack before I left let alone hey my nails done. I checked in and found the closest salon and walked myself there on a Friday late afternoon. I was a mess as I walked in from the 100 degree weather and addled of they had time for a walk in mani/pedi. They did and took me right in. They did an excellent job. Nails looked really great, they did a flawless job, the place is clean and everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The massage they did on the hands and feet was perfect. So I have been coming here since they opened. I love the fact that there is more than enough parking. Since it is in a little center, the lot does fill up around lunch/dinner time. Everyone who works here is sweet and they do their job right. This is the best place I have been to for a gel manicure; it always lasts the full 2 weeks with ZERO chipping! They take appointments or you can just walk in. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes on a walk-in at a busy time. If it's going to be a 15 minute wait I usually just walk next door the bakery and grab a little bite to eat while I wait. If you want a clean place with sweet staff, then check them out! read more

I decided to come here again since i couldn't remember if i liked it or not so i gave it another shot. Worst mistake everrrrr i should of just waited and found another place on the weekend smh! Their color selection isnt all that great to be honest i felt like it was all the same colors. So w.e First i got a fullset gel coffin style acrylic as the guy was doing my nails he cutt me 3 times and it was because of the constant fileing in the same spots! Once he applied the gel color i was okay with how it looked at a quick glance!but i was not pleased due to the fact that they told me they could come close to a picture i showed them of how i wanted my nails. To me it looks horrible it looks like a little kid did my nails with just glitter, if they could not do what i showed in the picture they should of told me from the start!!Not to mention the shaping is horrible some of my nails even look thick and have dents! A week later after getting them done it already looks like i need a fill,as if i had them for 3 weeks instead of 1 Awful!! i also got a pedicure with a callius remover to make my feet extra soft the pedicure was okayyyy only thing i didnt like was the lady left the nails uneven At the end of everything they tell me my total was 79!! wth! for that price i could of tried a wayyy nicer place which would of done a wayyy better job for that price! My newest go to place! $28 for gel! $43 with pedicure. They take their time with you and make sure you're happy with the service. Even if you are the last customer (I came in 15 mins before they were about to close but the second time, I came early), they will give you great service. They have a great selection of colors and brands for the right price. I've had a few different people work on me since I just started going there. I do not exactly know the names yet but so far, they've all been excellent. I've also noticed that their gel don't turn gray unlike other places. Highly recommend! read more

Took advantage of their $20 special for a spa mani/pedi and walked out unimpressed. I give it 2 stars, because the girls seem friendly & place looks clean. Both girls (not that it matters, but they looked young as if they just graduated from beauty school), had long acrylics, so they both gave me literally 1 minute, weak massages on hands & feet. I requested for a callous remover, & the 1 minute long work the girl did just wasn't nearly sufficient. The only upside to that is that they didn't charge me for it (I think they forgot, because the girl who did my hands was the one who took care of my bill). They have a decent selection of OPI and Essie colors but not nearly as much as better salons such as French Tip which I normally go to. Anyway, I guess you get what you pay for. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely loved the experience. At other nail salons for about the same price or more I've felt like my nails were rushed and the service was not as friendly. The staff here was very friendly, they took their time with my mani/pedi and were very thorough about cleaning my nails. They even gave me a pillow to rest my arm on while they were working on my fingernails. The place was very clean and the experience with their staff also made me happy! I had high hopes. This place is close to my house and nestled in with some of my favorite Glendale eats. For 25$ + 6$ tip I got a mani pedi. I didn't get polish on either my toes or hands. That was by choice, since I can't wear nail polish at work. The massage was non existent basically it was just rubbing in lotion. I work hard for my money and I just needed a little pampering for myself today. I work 12 hours on my feet and my feet were really sore. Instead I am upset that I'm out 31$ and that a place that provides a pampering service doesn't really care about delivering, but rather just goes through the motions. I hope that you will really consider what the person in your spa chair is really there for. read more
