Very clean and professional Salon. One of the best designed nail salons on the interior I've been too on the north side. So many are very cluttered and can be unprofessional. That's not the case here. Love the pedicure massage chairs! Let's be honest, that's the best part and I base so much about my experience on the pedicure chair! I came in a Friday afternoon and they were super busy but has plenty of staff on hand to handle appointment and walking. I was a walking and only waited about 15 min. I do suggest making an appointment in advance. Good color selection but they had some trouble matching gel nail color with a regular Polish for the toes. However they did suggest gel on the toes for an exact match, I just didn't want gel on my toes and it is still extra. Loved the pedicure and worth the extra $5 fof the leg scrub and additional massage. They also do eyebrow waxing for an extra $15. It's pricier than I have paid in the past but they didn't a good just shaping and did additional clean up after the way. Very little pain. Overall very impressed. With all the appointments and walk ins they had while I was there they did a great job managing riverine and didn't do a rush job with any of my services. They were more than happy to add on additions during my services. Will be back for sure! read more

Maybe it was the manicurist I had but this was the worst manicure I've ever received. She did not even TOUCH my cuticles once which were in desperate need of a manicure. She was irritated from the second I sat in the chair, maybe because I did not want any of the upcharged services. I asked for acrylic tips which gel is layered on. She did this process so fast that are large portion of my natural nail was left showing!! Then when she painted them, went so fast and sloppy the polish was steaky, on my cuticle and looked awful! There are only two people there that care about the job they do. Alex and the owners daughter. I went in today to get a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure. I have not had a pedicure in over a year so you can imagine I needed some work done. Pedicure time was a total of 10 minutes. She spent a total of one minute scrubbing BOTH FEET. I left with dead skin on the side of my toe. After closer look she didn't even polish my entire nails. She walks away and points to the chair she is in, doesn't help me get up, or anything. I sit down and she is talking to the girl at the desk the entire time. During my pedicure she was talking about the web pages the girl behind the counter was surfing. Nordstrom rack, purses, fit bits... Then for my gel color manicure, she did okay. There were two nails I asked her to redo because it was already bubbling up and she had a huge attitude about it, just tried to paint another layer over it. I had to ask her to take it off, and start over which pissed her off. For someone like me who doesn't always treat myself to these things, it makes it ten times harder when I do, and the results aren't good. I got painted toes, and painted nails- all of which I could have done myself. I wanted the dead skin scrubbed off my feet and a massage. Will probably not go back, and if I do, I won't use TY AGAIN! read more

I came in for a pedicure and powder dip manicure a few weeks ago. The craftsmanship was very poor. My manicure has dips and areas where my original nail still shows. Even though I waited under the dryer for 45 mins while getting my manicure, my pedicure was badly damaged. I won't be back. I wish I could get my money refunded. read more

Waste of money. I'm leaving this place as I type. I took my daughter in for a pedicure. Which turned out to be an overpriced polish change. The guy was nice but all he did was cut her toenails and polish her toes. Total time about 10 minutes. He actually said for little ones it's just a polish change. So why should I pay $20 for a polish change. Total rip off. Then they didn't have sandals to fit her so she had to air dry. So when I inspected her they were half painted and she had dead skin everywhere and some random blue dye. I repainted them myself and walked out after I paid. I won't return. read more

My friend and I were a walk in visit today. The salon was super clean and everyone very friendly. We waited about 30 minutes, but only because they had several appointments in front of us. The staff checked in on us regularly to assure us we hadn't been forgotten. My tech offered the gel polish - which I don't care for as I have very fragile nails and the removal process destroys them - and I thought, "Here we go with the up sells!" But surprisingly she didn't push the issue or any other up sells once I politely declined. They have every color you can think of available with an emphasis on OPI & Essie. I was able to get my favorite shade - Taupless Beach - and a terrific manicure! The price was really great too! I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been here a total of 5 times in the past year. I've had decent experiences every time. I took a day off work and decided to get a pedicure here and left a little disappointed. My water was cold when I first got to my seat and when I asked for warmer water they told me the tub was too full and they couldn't add anymore. The nail artist performing my pedicure has also done a gel manicure on me as well. I remember from the time before she was rather rough on my hands and made several of my cuticles bleed while she was working on them. Unfortunately, she was just as rough with my feet. She was very nice, just not aware of the pain the was inflicting on my already cold feet. She was very kind however, when she noticed that my heels were severally cracked (this is a problem I've had my entire life.) She gave me a special cream to put on them that has worked like a dream. I immediately forgave her for being so hard on my toes. My polish turned out fine and I left feeling pretty satisfied. This place is ultra clean, which is why I keep returning, but I am still on the lookout for a regular mani/pedi place. read more

I really like Oasis! It's a great place for moms with kids. When I first started taking my preschool aged daughter, I ordered and was prepared to pay for the kids pedicure, but the owner told me with little ones, just get a polish change since they don't sit well and you can hardly do a full pedi on a little one. I felt she didn't need to tell me this, but went out of her way to make me happy and share this money-saving tip. That's what good customer service is all about! (I do feel the other staff is not as outgoing/friendly/customer-oriented. I'm not sure if they're shy/just not comfortable with dealing with customers/or rude.) read more

Love the new location. Alex does a great job. Very friendly and nails look fantastic. Kelly provides the best set of lashes in town. Get lots of raves and people always think they are natural. Usually use before vacation and have survived cruise with scuba, swimming, etc. Usually last about 3 weeks without fill in. read more

I came in today, I didn't even get a greet not even a simple "Hello." I showed the lady the picture of the nails I wanted for Prom I told her I wanted the same nails in the picture. Then she seated me after doing my nails for one or two hours they were horrible the staff kept rushing her to hurry with my nails because they were going to close. My nails turned out really horrible nothing like how I wanted it to be. Just horrible. read more

So my experience was good my daughters was awful. The lady rushed through pedi barely spoke English showed her a pic of exactly what my daughter wanted and she did something totally different and then blamed my daughter and said no she changed her mind. What you don't understand is my other daughter goes to this same place, her boyfriend, his two daughters and me so you may have just lost more than just two customers. Additionally wash and sanitize your tools folks!!! None of you did . The think the board of health may need to be contacted. read more

Terrible. I waited 45 min because they were short staffed on a weekend. While I was waiting someone came in to get their nails fixed that were just done because they were messed up. Rather than seeing less people because they were short staffed Katie rushed through my dip powder nails. I had to ask her to fix my thumbs becAuse there were so many specks of powder that looked like dust and uneven spots. I had to ask her to dremmel out all the excess from under my nails!!! She had already started someone else and acted annoyed that I was in her station. I mentioned how many specks and bubbles there were. She said I could come back another day and they would redo them. At this point it was 3:45... I signed in at 2:15! I didn't want to spend more time for her to potentially mess up my nails and waste my time again! I ended up leaving and walking back in to ask for my money back. $50 was just too much for this mess. The man up front was helpful and seemed like he wanted to help me when I showed him why I wasn't happy and why I wanted my money back. Katie was shouting at me that she's going to soak my nails off.... like I wanted to sit there for another 40 min on a Sunday when I needed to go to dinner with my family. I won't go back. Sucks that this place is so convenient and for that reason only I've been a handful of times, but they are incredibly overpriced for the work they do. Every single time I've been I've gotten a simple gel mani/pedi and I end up BLEEDING from them being so rough with the cuticle clippers or with noticeably visible lines in my gel from the polish brush orrr with bubbles on my nails. Very rushed and not relaxing whatsoever. I couldn't believe how bad they did for having a lot of good reviews. The techs need to practice on gel manicures apparently. Save your money and go somewhere else :) read more

Not a bad place. Half the time I come here I get a good manicure with good service. However, I've been stuck with a younger girl twice now who insists on checking her phone/texting in the middle of doing my manicure. The first time I assumed maybe something was important, but when she did it the next time I got a manicure from her I knew it wasn't. The salon was nice, large, clean no chemical smell. However, I paid $45 for SNS gel nails and not even 4 days after two nails chipped. Hugh chunks. I got them done Wed night after work and left on vacation on Saturday. So now I'm gone on vacation with chips. When I get home I will go for a repair which better be at no charge than I'm done with this nail salon. Had them done out of town last time and 3 weeks later the nail polish looked great. Same brand. Terrible service. My male technician was in a hurry and did not do a good job painting my toenails. I got rhe pedi at 3 pm and woke up the next morning and my 2 big toes were smudged from sleeping. That should have been plenty of time for them to dry. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. Service and manners were very poor. read more

I have been going to Oasis for several years now. I even make the drive to the north side now that I have moved. They recently moved to a larger salon. The salon is the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have been to. They have several stations and you can always get in upon walk in. I also like that they always have the latest polishes and trends.
