The transition from the Lake City Botteco to the Kirkland Obutekim is completed, with the rodizio churrasco on weekends! For mainly meat-lovers, the experience is addictive. Freshly grilled meats to desired wellness, side orders cooked when ordered, this is the best Brazilian experience we have found in the Greater Seattle area. Service is attentive and the meats keep coming so long as your card is on the green side. The decor follows on from the prior location but with more color. This is a family favorite.

Good food. The location and general atmosphere with the interior layout leave something to be desired, but the food is good. A little pricey, but then it's unique and made from good ingredients. If you want a taste of Brazil that's not snack food, this is the place to try.

Place was def giving deserted money laundering vibes. Host was super straight forward nonchalant but the steak lemme tell you it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It had a perfect sear and was a nice medium rare better than i could ever do it. But granted i burn my eggs sometimes. Price itself was a bit up there for $30 a plate but bulk approved.

Tried this sport during a dinner time on a weekday. The service was good. The ordered was taken promptly. We were given food recommendations by the staff. We ended up trying the beef steak churasco special, beef stroganoff and the lamb. The steak was a bit dry even though we ordered a medium., the lamb was excellent and the stroganoff was not bad. The food was all well marinated and flavorful. There plenty of parking around and ambience is not bad - lots of colors and decors that will take you to Brazil.

This place opened up early August of this year and I was excited to try it. I don't really know a lot about Brazilian cuisine but this place did not disappoint! We loved everything from the fried plantains, fried yuca, garlic shrimp to the beans and steak. Lots of good flavors. The waiter, Rodrigo, was super friendly and attentive. The ambience, colorful and eclectic!! Definitely worth coming back to try their lunch offering on a weekend!

    Dinner is done!

The ambiance is very elegant without feeling too stuffy. The patio view is amazing surrounded by water. We started with the Tuna Tartare which was really good. We added fries, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Grilled Veggies and the bread service. Everyone raved about all of it. The truffle mac and cheese was something we hadn't tried before and it was amazing. We also all ordered the Filet Mignon which was made perfectly. The restaurant was aware we were celebrating and they brought over a couple of desserts for us to share and they were also great. The service was attentive and friendly. Our table attendant was named Brian and he was on top of everything. All in all, the service, ambiance and food were all top tier. This restaurant is not inexpensive, but totally worth it. I will definitely dine here again and highy recommend it. One caveat: In our rush to get to an engagement, I miscalculated the tip and did not realize this until going through receipts the next day. I am so sorry about this and it had nothing to do with Brian or the service - it was my own mistake. I will be much more careful on my next visit!

From the moment I stepped inside to the decor and service to the taste and quality of food, I was impressed the entire night. Most bbq places are laid back and loud, but this place is refined, sophisticated, and everything you'd want for a date night or celebration. Starting off with service, everyone we spoke with was lovely and inviting. We felt welcomed and our server kept checking on us, but wasn't too invasive, so we were able to catch up. We were greeted with hand towels and 3 options for water. Cutlery and tableware were nicely set up and I'm obsessed with their plates! I was blown away by all of the dishes we ordered but my favorites were definitely the Uni Toast, Wagyu Volcano, and honestly all the meats we ordered to grill. They grill your meats for you, so it is a bit awkward because the person stands there until everything is done, but it's cooked to perfection! Highly recommend for a nice date night or celebration dinner.

We started with a wagyu toast and the meat just melted in your mouth. We also had alaska king crab with A5. Kind of a surf and turf nigiri. The uni toast was a little too much toast but it was a generous amount of uni. The Rubik's cube was a literal cube of meat. They cook it to perfection in front of you. Lots of sauces and sides to try. Everything was very good. It's amazing how different each cut of meat tastes. I loved the silky egg yolk in the volcano. They offer bottle service as well as drinks and their drinks were excellent. Would definitely go back!

Perfectly salted butter, and the taste reminded me of sourdough but the texture of the bread itself was like a very crispy crunchy outer layer over a martin's potato roll. - The Grand (3/5): I learned that I am definitely not a shellfish person.. so keep in mind of my biased take! I wish the waiter explained what came on our plate, but he quickly scooted away. The scallops were my favorite. Nice and mild and sweet flavor. The grand also came with 6 sauces to pair. Wasn't sure which sauce went best with which, but doesn't hurt to try? shell on shrimp and lobster claw were the second and third bests in my opinion. - Grilled Black-eyed Perch (4/5): got a smaller 1.2 lb fish. Can get it grilled and fried. Fried is ~$4 more. This fish was around 38-39/lb at the time of writing. Flavors were so great! Not a bony fish at all and didn't have to really pick at it. A tad dry in certain parts, but again, nice salty, zesty from the lemon and herbaceous. This place is definitely on the $$$ side, so can see ppl coming here for special occasions.

The atmosphere had that signature STK energy, modern, vibrant, and buzzing with great music. We began with the Lil' BRGs Wagyu sliders and a perfectly chilled shrimp cocktail, both beautifully executed. For entrées, we enjoyed the Chilean sea bass with ginger‑soy and bok choy, a tender petite filet mignon, and a flavorful New York strip. The sea bass was the standout of the night -- buttery, delicate, and cooked with precision. Our sides were indulgent and well‑crafted: giant tater tots, velvety mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and grilled asparagus. Each one complemented the mains without overpowering them. Dessert ended the evening on a high note with the bag of warm donuts and a classic apple pie. Overall, STK delivered a memorable, high‑quality dining experience with impeccable service. The Chilean sea bass alone is worth the visit.

We originally planned to order the Indulgent menu for three to get the lobster tail. Our waiter suggested doing two churrasco dinners plus the seafood tower instead, saying we'd get more seafood for about the same price. I mentioned we also wanted the free dessert that comes with the Indulgent menu, and he reassured us, "I got you on desserts." We appreciated the deal. However, about 20 minutes later, he completely disappeared, likely having clocked out. When we were ready for dessert, we had to flag down another staff member, who said she didn't know who our waiter was or where he went. She initially told us she could only offer one free dessert, which wasn't what we had been promised. Eventually, a manager stepped in and honored it, which we appreciated. Still, it was concerning that no one seemed to know who our server was. If shifts are ending, there should be a proper handoff instead of just leaving tables unattended. Service felt rushed as shifts were ending. When we asked for more cheese, one staff member seemed reluctant, then later dropped off a full plate of something else when I only wanted one piece. She clocked out and left at the same time as us. The ambiance was nice, but I was surprised my clothes smelled afterward. This didn't happen at a way smaller location I've visited. Food was mostly good, with a few misses. No one brought us filet mignon until I specifically requested it near the end. The biggest disappointment was the "seafood tower," which turned out to be more of a basic seafood plate. For $112 (before tax), it was very underwhelming, bland, overcooked, and chewy, with no sauces to complement it. We came for the steaks but ended up spending a good 20-30 minutes on seafood that was completely tasteless. I'd never get seafood here again. This could have been a 5-star experience if not for the service issues and the disappointing seafood.

This was by far the worst experience we have had in years of visiting the restaurant. The noise level was extremely high. The ambiance was still clean and well kept. However, the buffet was relatively low stocked despite a decent amount of customers. The food itself was good, but saltier than normal. The service was terrible. The waiter who served our waters dropped them off and disappeared for the evening. The meats for the churrasco experience came around, but were slow and they even stopped coming about 40 minutes into dinner, perhaps they assumed we were done despite having our green cards for more food placed. We had to track down additional food. No one came back to refill our drinks or check in and we had to wait 25 minutes after requesting the check before we walked around, asked the hostess who seemed unable to find someone and finally brought us the check herself. On the bright side parking was easy and free. Overall, extremely disappointed since we used to love Fogo. Will likely not be back for a while if at all. There are better places for steak with great service at that price point.
