I contacted Bill to assemble a beginner's mountain bike (with 3x7 gears) which I bought online for my daughter. We worked out an appointment for it but on the day of the appointment, Bill had a fall & suffered an injury. But Bill was extremely graceful to keep the appointment and reached my home on time. In case he had trouble with the bike assembly due to his injury, his girlfriend joined him which was very nice of her!
