We've used OC Rooterman and Plumbing for over a decade for all our plumbing issues. Raul and his team are great and very knowledgeable. Recently needed service for a drain and water pressure issue. Alex came and was prompt. He assessed the issues and got to work, while detailing exactly what he needed to do. I called the office of OC Rooterman at approximately at 900 hours, the receptionist answered promptly and advised me that she would have a plumber arrive at my house 1200 -1300 hours...possibly sooner, I was happy with that. I decided to wait for them to arrive, at 1310 hours I still didn't have a plumber. I contacted the office receptionist and she advised me that maybe they would be at my house around 1500 hours- 1600 hours. So basically I wasted my day waiting on them. My toilet overflowed while I was in the shower Water ran into my hallway and bedroom. Called OC Rooterman on Sunday morning. They sent Gus out within a 2 hr time frame. He snaked my house the stoppage wasn't moving. He explained what he had done stated he needed to use a cámara to see what it was. Turned out to that the previous owner had installed a drain system and linked it to the sewer which caused the problem. Gus and his manager Dan were very thorough in explaining what had happened. The last time my toilet was clogged, a different company charged me $99 but OC Rooter Man (Raul) only charged me $60 because I was a new customer. He normally charges $80 for simple clogged toilets. Raul is very nice and allowed me to pay him over the phone while I was at work. My son let him in the house. So happy I did not have to leave work to pay him. I called him this morning and he came out a few hours later. He also kept in touch with me via text on his estimated arrival time. Used them again for water heater removal. He is always pleasant to work with. Made sure the wood were okay under the heater. Was fast at replacing and getting the hot water back on. Also gave option for a electric alarm that alerts us that the water overflow pan is being used. read more

I have been using Roos Rooter for a few years now. Raul is a great guy and does a stand up job! I have terrible plumbing in my house so I have had to have him come out a few times. One time I had a major issue with our main drain line. He came half of what some other companies would have charged. I called the Smell Good Plumber (Mike Diamond) and they could not fix my problem. They wanted to charge me $3000.00 to fix my main drain. Roos came in at $800.00. They were here 3 days working on it. I came by at lunch to make sure things were progressing as he said the would. So glad we decided to go with OC Rooterman and they will have our business for years to come along with me being a walking commercial for them because they were that good. I have only great things to say about this business. Raul is as good as it gets. A good plumber, honest and reasonable. I called him last year (Nov 2015) for a clogged drain. Had to call him again this year (almost exactly 1 year to the day) to unclog our sink. When he was done, I then sent him over to my mom's house where he helped us fix a broken trap under her bathroom. He came over right away and did the job for my elderly mom.
