I want to express our deepest gratitude for the Virtual Family Program by Tim this past weekend…read more You saved our son through your Windward Way Recovery in Newport Beach and you have provided solid support for us. You provided a 2-day support program for families through Tim Arrigo CADC-II and being part of the session felt like we'd been given a year's worth of understanding and perspective in just a short time. It was truly life-saving for us--like someone throwing us a lifeline just when we needed it most. Thank you for the compassion, clarity, and hope you offered. We left feeling supported, grounded, and far less alone. What you're doing makes a profound difference, and we are so thankful. Shout out to Shaun and Tim Arrigo, CADC-II

I was really optimistic going into Windward, but all of their website photos are deceiving. Their…read moreemployee who picked me up from the airport was (allegedly) hitting a dab pen and took me to what I was told over the phone would be a "thorough intake process" was really a breathalyzer and UA. The person doing my "intake" asked me which program I was here for - I told him nobody told me and shouldn't he know?? The admissions person I spoke with over the phone said I would have "chef made meals". I was dropped off at a Vons with a $75 gift card to buy groceries for the week. As someone with a dual diagnosis, this was incredibly misleading and resulted in me not eating for 24 hours. The same admissions person said "the home i would be in would have shared rooms, but plenty of bathrooms". I arrived to the house which had 1 bathroom shared among 7 women. Sadly my time here only lasted 18 hours due to the fact that what was described to me over the phone was the exact opposite of what i walked into. Don't waste your time here. "House manager" or any WWR employee was not at the home I was assigned to when I arrived. It was 4 hours later that she showed up and was using her vape as a pointer while showing me the house rules. Not a single person here was professional or helpful - they just want your money. Bedspread on my bed was also COVERED in stains upon my arrival.

I can now breathe, I can now sleep at night, knowing my 96 year old mother is safe and happy for the rest of her life, THANKS to this incredible team. My husband and I moved to Laguna Woods from Los Angeles 11 years ago to buy a condo next door to my mother (85 then) to help her. After several years it became clear that she needed even more than we could supply to keep her safe and healthy; her advancing age was seriously compromising her mentally and physically each year into her 90's, including blindness last year. AL and Memorycare were wonderful, but eventually not affordable, and also not able to handle her serious declining healthcare needs in-house. As I sought solutions for my mom, it was my GREAT fortune to be recommended to John Menzies Clark (Pathfinder4Care) by very credible sources. He came to our house (free consultation to evaluate your individual situation and needs) and I remember that when he said he could take our case, I felt this huge weight being lifted from me. This excellent Team provided all the help and resources with the very detailed paperwork forms as well as their knowledge for the many types of senior residences as it related to my Mother's needs in every category. (I managed Internal Medicine and Nephrology offices in LA for years, yet I need their help, expertise and personal knowledge of the local Asst Living, MemoryCare, Nursing Homes, Board and Care residences which we toured with him.) At age 96 she is now settled into a wonderful skilled nursing facility a mile from me, she is happy, they are taking very good care of her, and none of this would have been possible without John, Shawn, Christy and their many years of experience and relationships. I eagerly recommend them to anybody I meet who is facing this difficult situation of "what is going to happen when ....", or other precarious situations as well. They have many fields of expertise to cover all elderly challenges for families. I share my good fortune all the time by recommending Pathfinder so that I can spare others the heavy, worrisome weight that they bear ... like I did (but not anymore - whew). Pathfinder has come through for them, too! Meeting John that day ranks right up there as one of the VERY best days of my life, and I'm grateful beyond measure. I know my mom is too!

They were always quick to respond with excellent advice regarding recommendations for different levels of care and helped us to make the right decision.
